I don't normally go to Auto Zone except for when I tag along with my beau. But this time I just had my car state inspection at the NTB across from it. I was told to top off power steering fluid, something which I can purchase from Auto Zone. When I went there the staff was nice to find me the right fluid for my car. He was being overly helpful by popping the car hood and tried to show me where I can pour the fluid; but at the same time indicated that it's best to have NTB help top off. This is the third Autozone we had to visit. We called before arriving to ensure they had our parts. Other stores said they had them and our parts were in warranty just to find issues after arriving. We called in advance to check they had our parts and the warranty was active for all and Cameron helped us with no issues. Friendly, competent and efficient. We had to go to three different Autozones to find good service. Next time, we will happily drive the 20 minutes and come here first! read more

I went to this AutoZone last Saturday to test out my starter since my car wasn't starting. Guy at the counter took my starter and 5 minutes later he tells me my starter is good. Came back home and tried to test my battery and everything else that could possibly be wrong with my car and still nothing. Ended just purchasing a new starter... replaced the old one and just like that, the car started. If you are bringing anything to this store to get tested, be right there with them and watch. Make sure they are checking them correctly. The guy either had no idea what he was doing or he never tested my starter and just lied and said it was good. This is NOT right if this is what they are doing to their customers!! read more

Maybe it's convenience, or just the fact they're so helpful and go out of their way for whatever you need, I come here for everything vehicle related. From wipers, to engine cleaners, to batteries, cool air horns, brighter lights, I'm not sure why people choose other spots. They even let you borrow tools and can help you with whatever repair you need. Even if they can't physically do it there, they're pretty good with explaining things. Sure their staff is low at times but they're always helpful. read more

I needed to replace my windshield wiper blades, so I went to the Indian River Autozone, and, within seconds of walking in, I was warmly greeted by Christy, the store manager. She was SOOOO helpful in determining what size blades I needed for my car, and, then, recommended which one would give me the best value. If that weren't enough, after removing the old blades and installing the new ones, she proceeded to inform me that, since I am an Uber driver, I receive a 10% discount on ALL purchases. WWWWWHAT?!?! Husband and I went there to purchase a card code reader to find out what is wrong with my car. We were treated with complete disrespect by the lady at the register. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. I asked her repeatedly if they can honor our military discount or the store coupon we had and which of the two was the best deal to use for the purchase. She didn't answer me back when I politely asked her and then she told my husband to not stand too close to the register and stay behind the plexiglass partition and when my husband stepped away and told her that he is fully vaccinated, she lost her bearing and began to cuss him out. I think this is the second yelp review I've written in my life so you know it must be bad. When a simple radiator cap cannot be found in the computer or found by employees in the back after they were given part numbers, pictures, and year make and model of the vehicle then All hope for humanity is lost. I feel that I have gotten dumber since I walked into this business and had to be subject to the stupidity of humanity by the employees. Also and I'm sure I'll be called a racist jerk for this but when your employees are constantly giving me disappointing news and clueless recommendations I prefer to hear them in English. But of course nothing will be done because the owner doesn't give a damn because he probably owns several stores of this chain and there will be idiot customers like myself who will continue to come back. I don't know why this location wasn't popping up a few months ago when my husband was looking for an auto parts store but here it is! We stopped by to pick up a bulb for the brake light. If I go by myself I immediately go up to the counter for assistance. I don't need to be wandering around aimlessly pretending to know what I'm looking for. Well guys are apparently different and my husband was mumbling about not know if the bulb was LED or not and yada yada yada, seriously that is why people work in places like this. They have a high tech computer to look stuff up on. Thankfully the guy behind the counter asked if we needed help and to my surprise my husband told him why we were there. A few key strokes on the keyboard and voila he took us to the aisle and grabbed the bulb for us! Magic!! We also picked up a bottle of Griots cleaner spray. We use it on our motorcycle wheels and sometimes the chain. It actually smells heavenly and does a fabulous job cleaning the gunk. The only crazy part is if you are on the opposite side of Indian River it can be a little tricky getting in. read more
