There are three locations in the RVA area and you can check out which cars are on the lots via their website. You can even set up alerts to email you when certain cars are on the lot. Here's the scoop... You pay $1 to go on the lot and this covers you for all three locations. You pick your own parts unless you want o pay them to be removed. So bring tools! Thanks to CAP, my old car is feeling "new" and stylish!

After a long, long (whew), long drive from the opposite end of the Earth (OK, it was just from the…read morewest coast, but it seemed that far on the drive), I decided that it was time to take the lovely Clover (what? don't tell me that you don't name your Mini!) in for some special attention. Making an appointment was super easy. I had the option to call or make the appt. online. Drop-off was quick and stress-free. Being a first-time customer, they didn't have any info on my car, and all it took was to slip my key fob into a special device that brought up all of the information about my car (super cool). I was given the option to wait in the lounge or drop off (no loaners currently available). I chose to wait it out since I had no one to drive me home. The lounge is small, but comfy. Coffee, snacks, nice chairs, and tv are all available to make your wait a little nicer. On a side (ish) note, I love to shop for Mini products and found that they really didn't have much in terms of a product store. Just a few things (t-shirts, caps) available... sigh! After just over an hour, my service rep came back with a report for me (wow, that was fast) on what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take. I was out of there in about 2 hours with two new tires, alignment, and fresh fluids. They offered a car wash as well. I would definitely recommend Crown Mini for servicing your beloved Mini. They are efficient and reliable, and will take care of your car like it was their own Mini. Much Mini love to Crown staff!
