Contacted Precision, first it's you must have run it without oil, then it's a few days past 6 months, then yes you found us & had us deliver it but the shop added it to your bill & paid us so we won't talk to you. So I am putting a new motor in for a few hundred more than I paid for the junk motor & spending another north of 9 thousand dollars. As if all that was not bad enough, it cost me 1k to find out the motor was trash because I thought it was just a starter & the Sequoia starter is a massive hassle to get at so it cost a fortune. Most recently, I ordered two OEM liftgate supports for my vehicle, and they arrived very quickly. When I went to pick them up, I asked the associate, Daniel G., how to install them. He explained that it was very simple and only required a flathead screwdriver to remove the old ones and snap the new ones into place. He even offered to install them for me, and it literally took about five minutes. My auto repair shop had told me it would take 30 minutes and cost $45, so I was really grateful for the help. Another time I came in with what I thought was an alternator or starter issue after receiving incorrect information from an auto repair shop nearby. Daniel let me know they had an OBD2 scanner available and helped check the codes on my car. The scan showed a battery code and not a starter code/ issue, which helped point me in the right direction. He also recommended that I purchase a good OBD2 scanner for future diagnostics and even told me where I could find one, even though they didn't have one available for sale.
