Options given to me were as follows: Remove the rails, package them at my own expense (they're huge btw) and take them to a UPS store. A mailing label will be provided or, Remove the rails as directed above, return, and ask for replacement rails at a price of almost $100 more than what I paid for them 6 months ago! I am a 67 year old female and cannot lift these rails let alone remove them. I had paid someone to install them to begin with so now I must pay someone again to removed them? This after the retailer, Real-Truck.com sent me to the manufacturer, N-Fab who had Hero-Truck handle the warranty complaints. Interestingly enough, their websites are identical with the exception of contact phone numbers. I would seem, and perhaps I'm wrong, this is simply a ruse to see how many warranties fall through the tracks because people can't or won't be able to do as they directed.

AGA Wrecker Service is a family-owned business. I specifically worked with Andy and Samuel. They embody professionalism, responsiveness, and respect. I value these things in a company and they exceeded my expectations! No one wants to need a tow for whatever reason, however, if the time comes I HIGHLY recommend AGA!
