these people are lazy and care nothing for their customers that come in. which is sad, because this use to be a wonderful Auto Zone to come too. there is a wonderful man there that has worked almost 20 years, knows all the regulars that come in, and almost always has an answer. the problem is, if he isn't there, no one does their job. they can't find your warranty information, they can't find the right parts, they can't order correctly, and your record on their computer is almost Always wrong, or been used by someone else because they can't double check an address or a name. it has become so bad, i've had employees tell me to go to wal mart for batteries! who does this in their establishment?! you know it's bad when the employees have no loyalty.
avoid this Auto Zone specifically, try the one on up the street around 83rd ave and camelback. those people there will absolutely do everything in their power to make sure you get the right stuff. i know this, because after dealing with these incompetent Benedict Arnold's, i called the auto zone on 83rd and they handled my problem in less than 20 minutes. read more
