Alright so I am a mechanic and I shop here literally almost every day on the commercial side of the…read morethings and the customer service there is amazing with the dudes in the back Larry and Jr. They make going there looking for parts the highlight of my days, the delivery drivers are also great they all have a great personality but the new manager that runs things there his name is Roberto I believe? Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. And whenever I end up with the manager on the phone asking him for parts I end up getting them wrong lmaooo. I was there when he talked to one of his drivers disrespectfully in front of me and other employees there and the issue isn't with the staff it's him. Other than that this Oreilys has ALWAYS been my "Go to" spot and the prices aren't too bad.

So Monday I decided to go but before I got in my car I called again and asked the same question and the gentleman said yes again and they weren't busy. I told him I'd be there in 10 mins. Well I arrived and all employees were just hanging out on their phone. So as I walked in I said oh good mom of you are busy to help me. And I asked who I just talked to on the phone about getting my check engine light off? no one admitted to it and the oldest guy standing there said oh we can't do that. Because they aren't reliable if anything was wrong. I told them I've scan my scan cat already I just need a smog test but first need that light off. No one helped me and I was denied they do that service. EVEN THOUGH I CAllED BEFORE ARRIVING AND SUNDAY. I don't know if that older man was the manger or what. But no wonder why the place had no costumers. I'm Going to try again tomorrow and see if the story changes

I love working on cars. Do I know how to work on cars? Absolutely effing not. But I've watched…read moreenough people do it over the years to occasionally look at my vehicle and think, I could effing do that. This week I decided I'm apparently a Woman Who Maintains Her Own Vehicle™. Fluids, filters, oil change, windshield wipers...the works. The staff here were incredibly helpful double-checking all the parts I'd researched and making sure I wasn't confidently purchasing the wrong stuff. Then came the windshield wipers. After watching videos, reading instructions, and spending an embarrassing amount of time fighting with one stupid blade, I had a blanket draped across my windshield because the internet convinced me I was one wrong move away from shattering the glass. Something snapped off. The "depression tab" wasn't depressing. Neither was I.... yet. Finally, I gave up and came back for help. The woman working came outside with me. I handed her my protective windshield blanket. She looked at me like I'd handed her a live raccoon. "You don't need that." Turns out, THERE WAS NO DEPRESSION TAB. It was a slide-down mechanism. Five seconds. She replaced both blades in FIVE SECONDS. I had spent hours researching, struggling, questioning my intelligence, and reconsidering vehicle ownership entirely. She handled it like she was brushing a crumb off the counter. She even told me to come back if I had questions. Ma'am. You should not have said that. You're around the corner, I have projects planned, and next up is my own oil change. So there is an excellent chance I'll be back holding a mysterious bolt asking, "Is this important?" Phenomenal service. Thank you, Queen.

When I tried to return it because it turned out I do not need it since I found the leak they accused me of using it and trying to return it. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store but not now. I will also be writing to their corporate office and letting them know this location is selling partially used cans of refrigerant.
