I waited in the adjacent room. After about an hour and a half I was told that they were making great progress, they just had to balance and align my tires. 30 minutes pass and I ask what's going on? I was told that the guy who works on the tires only came in recently! I literally sat there for 90 minutes while no one worked on my car. It took over 3 hours to change my tires. No apology given. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Many times when I come here people are blocking the entrance with their cars and no one inside ever says a word. Maybe some signage would help? They have screens above the pumps advertising Shell under the guise of consumer reporting because they throw in the weather forecast. The volume is incredibly high and even though you try to avoid it and just pump your gas, it's unbelievably annoying. Nobody wants to hear this screaming at them at 6:30 in the morning. It's even worse on a quiet Sunday morning. Because of this I go out of my way to avoid this place and only come here when it's absolutely necessary.
