The store is a world of gadgets, parts and accessories. Every square foot of space is taken over by something car-related. Probably some of the most knowledgeable employees outside of a car dealership's mechanic shop. You can get lost in here looking for essentials for your vehicle. Great to see a place like that in Media.

Problem is, I purchased a radiator less than two years ago at the Downey Pep Boys. Bellflower said it was defective. Why should I pay more money for faulty parts? Talking about you paying for labor install of new radiator. Am I the only one confused? Went into the store and was told I had to bring the old battery in with me. Well I asked if someone could help me because I didn't know how to take it out, they refused. I asked to borrow some tools so I could do it myself, they said they didn't have any tools. What happened to courtesy and helping others. It doesn't cost anything to make someone else's day better. To get to the point they were very unhelpful. They looked at me like I was asking them to pay for the battery for me. All I wanted was a little assistance and I surely didn't get it there.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed. Many times when I come here people are blocking the entrance with their cars and no one inside ever says a word. Maybe some signage would help? They have screens above the pumps advertising Shell under the guise of consumer reporting because they throw in the weather forecast. The volume is incredibly high and even though you try to avoid it and just pump your gas, it's unbelievably annoying. Nobody wants to hear this screaming at them at 6:30 in the morning. It's even worse on a quiet Sunday morning. Because of this I go out of my way to avoid this place and only come here when it's absolutely necessary.

If I want one I have to go inside to get it. Defeats the purpose of "self-service". This has been an issue for years and no matter how many times I've complained, it still persists. Matter of fact, more pumps now CAN'T dispense them. In addition, there always seems to be pump or more down. Not a very well-maintained operation, and a black mark on the SHELL brand. My last visit there was an issue with the keypad at the pump (#1). Was so mutilated I wasn't even able to enter my zip code. Of course I had to go inside and was told to pull up to the next pump, which had just been vacated. How do workers, managers, owners not see the obvious? Only interest is in just making money. Deplorable operation. SHELL management should be ashamed and take steps to fix the many issues this particular site has.
