I have repeatedly contacted Splash's customer service, explained the issue, and after doing so, was transferred to someone's message bin, to leave a message repeating what I had just explained to the customer service representative with whom I spoke. I also left a text message at Splash's HQ in Connecticut but thus far have not received a reply. On August 20, I received an email from Auto Wash in Geneva, which stated: "We are emailing you to let you know that Auto Wash in Geneva has been sold to Splash Car Wash. Over the next week, Geneva wash club members will be transitioned to Splash and you will continue to receive the same wash package, pricing, and service that your are accustom [sic] to. "During this transition, Splash will have a team at the Geneva car wash to answer any questions you may have." I went to Auto Wash of Geneva, hoping to resolve this matter with a Splash team member a few days ago. There were no Splash team members on the premises, nor were there any Splash team members on the premises the previous time I was at the Auto Wash of Geneva in September. The car wash was entirely staffed by personnel from Auto Wash of Geneva.

There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!

Going back to Hoffman car wash where the gate opens every time you roll through and the employees are not upset that your getting all the salt off the bottom of your car because your employment is driving your car all day!
