I understand if maybe he had a call in a sketchy neighborhood, but even then the gun might still cause a stir. It made me extremely uncomfortable as I let this man into my garage. It's hard to make a clear-headed decision about your car when there's a man with a camera pointed at you and a gun on his hip in front of you. Such an odd and inappropriate approach. After doing his own diagnostics, he had the integrity to call me and let me know what the real issue was and that I definitely didn't have to pay what the other shop was trying to get from me. When I pick the car up a few days later all the lights were off and I had the emissions. 2 days after I got it out of the shop the same problems resumed. Finally, I took it straight back out too Fuerza Latina AutoShop. Where it has been for 3 weeks now. I haven't received a call from Fabio, not 1! Ive called too check on the car for the last 3 weeks.
