Sean and his team are truly masters of their craft, evidenced by the assortment of high end vehicles coming through the shop from customers who trust that the job will be done well. This is the second vehicle that I had full PPF applied to. Auto Trim also did my window tinting (took delivery and came here straight from the dealer) and I'm amazed at the difference it makes. With the multi-layer ceramic film, the vehicle will literally cool down in two minutes once the A/C is turned on, even after sitting in the sun for 10 hours. Cool and comfortable before I even pull out of the parking lot driveway. Sean also has the patience of a saint and will work to make sure you are satisfied with the job. Yes, a full PPF wrap is expensive. Is it worth it? To me, absolutely! There just aren't enough superlatives to describe how satisfied I am with their work. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
Wanted to add pizzaz to my '17 mazda 3 GT hatchback (white), and thought of wanting the rooftop vinyl wrapped in black for a great color contrast. Then I went onto YouTube to see the differences between brands and sheen, and decided on Avery Satin Black. I orginally sent my inquiry to this company and another, but as that company didn't have the time (even up to now as I write this review) to respond back to my inquiry...i went with ATH. I went there Monday, March 15th at 9am as Sean had set the appointment for that time... I was there a few minutes before 9am, but was warmly met by another Sean/Shaun? that was working on another vehicle. He told me it'd take about two hours to complete, and I had to find a way to kill time as there was no place to wait in the shop due to covid-19 reasons, so I walked next door to City Square... killed time standing up and walking into the market that had so many vendors, but geez, I wanted to sit down...ain't young no more... Now as I was leaning on one of the vertical columns directly outside this store, I saw a few people sitting down in the middle of the parking lot...like what were they sitting on ? as vehicles surrounded this area. So I walked over aznd saw that there were eight (8) mini- wooden picnic tables scattered within this blocked off area from vehicles. What a relief to sit down ! As it was a few minutes to 11am, I walked back to the shop, and received a call about 11:01am from Sean the owner to let me know that my car was done. Upon getting up to the top level (elevator only took people up to the second floor, and one would have to walk up the flight of stairs to the top level (3rd floor), I saw my car...Ohh baby...what a beaut ! Went over the wrap talking to Sean before we headed over to pay the invoice. It just looks so elegant with the black wrap on the rooftop...the workmanship was stunning... No, I didn't have the sharkfin wrapped (though I had thought about it as I saw a YouTube video of one same vehicle that was wrapped in black). Besides costing an additional amount, I figured I'd let it be left stock (white) for a great contrast....and I was right... there's no need for me to wrap the sharkfin antenna in black ! Highly recommended !
Reached out to Sean and he got back to me immediately. He was extremely friendly, helpful and detailed throughout the entire process. I ended up having him do a full satin PPF on my car with a few gloss accents and a ceramic coating to finish. Their craftsmanship and quality was amazing and I'm beyond happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their car. Solid group of guys who seem to enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. As a fellow business owner I can appreciate how hard it is to find and keep guys like he has. I will be bringing more vehicles to them in the future.
Sean and team did a wonderful job from initial consultation, wrapping my BMW M4, and follow through. You can tell Auto Trim is a busy shop, but they are always responsive to emails/questions, which made me feel very much like a valued customer. I enjoyed my conversations with Justin & team - their passion for the work they do is evident in our discussions and in the final product. I had a color change wrap, transforming my white car to a stealthy look using KPMF's Matte Phantom Black. They also applied PPF to my carbon fiber roof and mirrors, which I think gives it a really nice finish. Lastly, they ceramic coated the entire car. I love the look! I had a meeting at the Halekulani the day after I picked it up from Auto Trim. They parked it out front and they said tourists were taking pictures of it! What do you think? These guys are true professionals. My wife wanted her new Tesla Model Y protected with a full PPF and window tinting. I was impressed with their work. They delivered on time and was very efficient. I believe we gotten a great value.
My parents recently purchased a 2023 Rav4 Limited and wanted to keep their car in pristine condition with little upkeep. Thus I scheduled a ceramic coat appointment with Auto Trim Hawaii. My experience with them? Excellent. Sean explained what ceramic coat does and what it does NOT do, making sure we are getting the right service for our needs. He managed to fit us in to his busy schedule. We dropped off the car Thursday morning and picked it up Friday in the afternoon. His staff did an excellent job with the coat. While Auto Trim Hawaii had possession of our car, they gave us frequent updates at the status of the work and alerted us when it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend Auto Trim Hawaii for your ceramic coat needs.
Sean was so helpful in facilitating the wrap and tint for our tesla model Y. We wanted a more metallic, deeper red, and it is night-and-day better than the original tesla red. The car pops now! And the tint is perfect as well, it reduces heat in the car which is an added bonus! Thanks to Justin for doing an incredible wrap job, it looks so pristine!!
I emailed auto trim because I wanted to do PPF, tint and ceramic coating and paint protection on my brand new Tesla. Sean was very informative. Very punctual on his response I met up with Sean and Jeff at Auto Trim and they told me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. I dropped of my on a Wednesday morning and I got a text from Sean saying that my car would be ready after 11am. I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect. I mean, it was a brand new car, how much better can it get? Let me tell you, the paint felt really smooth, better than when I first got it from Tesla. I'm OBSESSED with how they transformed my boring white Tesla Y into a HEAD TURNER. From initial web inquiry to drop off and pick up - the entire process was met with professionalism and five star service. They were patient with me as I thumbed through hundreds of different wrap options, even changing my mind a couple of times. After Narrowing it down to a few options, they listened to my thoughts and helped me decide on a perfect color shifting wrap. And it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Brought my brand new Tesla Model Y into Auto Trim Hawaii for the Xpel Stealth Wrap and window tinting. First off, Sean was quick to answer all my questions, gave me all my options and was very responsive and easy to contact throughout the entire process. He helped me prepare an appointment as soon as my car was delivered and had the entire car done beautifully within the next week. When I picked up my car, I was in absolute awe of how amazing he and his team did. The wrap and tint were done perfectly, the edges, the tint, the black emblems! I would recommend this shop over and over again and can't stop looking at how great my car now looks. Sean and his team at Auto Trim Hawaii did a fantastic job on our brand new Jaguar F-Pace SVR. They applied the XPEL Paint Protection Film to the front of our car. It came out great, can't even tell it is on there. They also applied a XPEL window film over our OEM tinted windows. Can't even tell it is on there either, but it helps to keep the heat out. read more

Made an appointment to get the chrome trim wrapped in matte black and the window pillars wrapped in gloss black to cover swirls. Sean was very helpful and informative. He explained the process and answered all my questions. Price point was very reasonable. Overall the job took less than a day and job quality is great. Can't even tell that there was chrome to begin with. 5/5 stars. Thank you. read more

We love our new car, but thought it looked a bit plain. The wife and I thought some vinyl might spice it up. So we created a rough sketch and emailed Sean. He and the team did a great job making our ideas a reality. They took less time than expected and the vinyl work is top quality. It looks like it came that way from the factory! I love Auto Trim Hawaii! I've used them many times before and the owner Sean is always professional and helpful. What prompted this review is something I wished I had done years ago...tinting my living room windows. The sun hits directly from about 8a.m.-4 p.m. and heats up the whole house. We installed black out drapes to help but then we are forced to keep our drapes closed when we are home. We also wanted to have some privacy so our nearby neighbor can't see into our home during the day. Solution? Steve from ATH came and quickly installed this amazing limo-like mirror tint to three windows. Even after the first window was done I could immediately feel the temperature in the room drop considerably. After all three windows were done, the difference was like night and day...or should I say day and night. Steve was very professional and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. This was easily one of my top 10 best investments and my only regret was that I didn't have them do it sooner. read more
