This is the place I always recommend to everyone when it comes to getting parts at great prices and great customer service and thats why I dont mind driving from Rialto to Baldwin Park. I would definitely continue coming here as I have been for the past 4 years!! Hanz definitely helped me out yesterday I called for a part they didnt have it in stock so he ordered it for me gave me an estimated time that it would be there for pick up and said he would call me as soon as it arrives and just like he said I had a message from him early this morning that my parts were ready for pick up. Great and fast customer service!!! Thanks Hanz!! read more

I'm getting a hood for my Accord and Hanz provided excellent customer service. Hanz great service was from the start when I called for pricing, the ordering, making sure I was getting the right hood, paying and updates. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because I haven't picked it up and can't comment on that process or the product other than that I would definitely recommend buying from them due to great prices and customer service. read more

Every time I call Hanz could not be more helpful. This is my go to for any car part. Not only do they have everything for all my different cars (5), but they are 99% less expensive than anywhere else. Hanz is extremely knowledgeable and patient when I'm looking for a part. Auto Tech and Hanz are the best! read more

Do you want good prices on a quality product or do you want good customer service? Because you can't have both. Admittedly their customer service is garbage but I'm not here for someone to hold my hand. I'm here for the price. read more

I was there to pick up my part that I order online right at 8am I ask the guy that's right by the door he said we don't have online pick on this line right now so I went to the retail line and ones I got to the guy to get my part he said I don't do this orders here u need to stay on the online pick I told him that the other guy say there's no online pick there so who will help me very rude he said I don't know but u need to go on that line so I ask the first guy again so who's going to help me and he said I don't talk to idiots, I ask to talk to a manager he said there's no manager here at this time, a few minutes later another guy from the retail line got up and help me with the order it took me 40 minutes to get my order right when they open. They lack customer service big time, there prices are good they just need to train there employees to be more friendly and have a sense of urgency when taken care of a customer I'm sure they get commission for every part they sale unless they get paid for the hour that's why they don't care about there customers. But the guy at the front is very rude with all customers he must be the son of the owner because if he was working for me with that attitude he will be gone a long time ago. read more

Great customer service highly recommended!! They had the part I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere else

Unreliable ,I ordered a lower radiator hose and was told it would be there Thursday. But I didn't want to take the chance that it wouldn't be there , so waited til Friday. I go to pick it up Friday morning ,and they tell me that the radiator hose still hasn't arrived. But that it would be there Saturday at 11am. On Saturday I called ahead to see if the radiator hose was there. And they told me that they didn't know what happened. And that I had to come in for a refund. So I go over there for my refund and they have the radiator hose . read more

Today, I called in to inquire about parts for my vehicle and the person that answered the phone was so rude that he even hang up on me. I was trying to clarify information that did not match the information on your website and it seems this person did not really want to spend the time to make sure that I had clear information before purchasing the part. I am not sure if the owner of this business knows how long it takes to get a live person on the phone when calling in. Why does your business ask to call in for price and availability and not having sufficient people to answer the calls in a timely manner? I have purchased a few parts from this place and have had a reasonably good experience in my over the counter purchase. I suggest that if you truly care about running a TRUE business establishment, hire people that really want to WORK in a professional capacity. Reading all the other reviews posted, it seems the owner of this business does not seem to care about customer service. Definitely will find another place to buy parts in the future. read more

Was able to get some parts even they didn't have it in stock, they were able to get them in their warehouse the same day and at a affordable price. Hanz was excellent with customer service and made sure what I needed to get for my car. read more

Today was the THIRD & FINAL TIME that the grouchy employees sold me the wrong part. The first time I was given an air filter and luckily realized it was the wrong size before I left. The second time I needed to replace my radiator and realized it wouldn't even fit my car when I got home, luckily they had the correct one when I went back to complain. And the third time when they sold me a starter, which again, didn't even fit my vehicle. I brought it back and told the grouch at the counter that I was given the wrong part. He tried to make it sound like It was my fault and tried smashing it into my car. He was hesitant about giving me a refund. Oh and another thing, they NEVER even bring up the fact that the majority of their parts are already used or damaged items, yet rebuilt and sprayed to look nice, shiny and new. This place may be cheap, but from now on, I'd rather cough up the extra dough and buy BRAND NEW, brand name products from Autozone or O'Reilly. Buyer beware. read more

Ordered my parts through the phone. Great prices compared to auto zone pep-boys, and very friendly, and fast service. Definitely recommend!!

Great prices..Hands down! Kinda pissed, they didn't take my"AC COMPRESSOR CORE" cause it was seized(so your old one has to be working?) So i ended up paying same price as AUTOZONE & ORIELYS. read more

This place deserves "4" stars only for prices which major retailer can not compete with in this area. I have bought many parts here. It gets overall one star for bad customer service and long lines that occurs always; but, after today, i personally am not shopping here again. If someone swears while talking to me and mocks me as a customer, i wont do business with them. I didn't take it personally. Just walked away after paying; but, before i left i grabbed the guys attention and wished him a "Marry Christmas". Sad. Remember, also, you get what you pay for!! read more

This can be an awesome place if the people working their weren't in a bad mood. I'm not saying they are all in a bad or bad people but sometimes the service provided is not up to standard. Especially the girl that works their who always has an attitude and is always moody, and has no knowledge of vehicles or parts whatsoever. I would have rated much higher if they weren't to close earlier then they say they are open or pick up the phone at least. read more

awesome prices I literally when in & out but you definitely need to know what type of parts you need, and keep receipt for the warranty in case. read more

purchased a Silla brand radiator for my toyota camry, paid 65$ for it good price, except it was defective. The transmission fluid started leaking out. they would not exchange it. pretty shitty policy, went to auto zone bought a new one, car is running fine now read more

Worst customer service ever. I bought an alternator for my VW Passat V6 & it was defective. This specific car has 4 different models so you need to make sure you get the correct one. I took the original one to get the correct one that my car needed & they tried to give me the wrong one. They said they didn't have the alternator that I needed so they had to order it. The next day I went back to pick up my "order" & found out they never ordered it. Again they tried to give me the wrong one & told me it would work. So I did take it to my mechanic & he told me it didn't fit. So I had to go back for the 3rd time to tell them it was the wrong one! I had to deal with 2 different idiots who didn't know what they where doing. Obviously if a car has 4 different alternators it's for a reason, you can't use one for the other. Sure the parts are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I had to pay my mechanic twice for the labor since the first alternator I bought was defective. read more

Terrible customer service, horrible return policy. I tried to return a part that was wrong and I was charged a 30 percent restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager several times and took him 20 min before he came out and spoke to me. He acted like he couldn't see me. And the girl that was helping me is so gross, eating in my face while I'm talking to her about my parts. This place is so Unprofessional. You might save 20 bucks on the part but the hassle isn't worth it. read more

I have been a customer of auto tech for 4 years . The prices are great and can't be beat . Customer service is good but one sales guy there named Hanz stands out. He always goes out of his way to get the parts that are hard to find he will always make calls to find and order the parts I need . He is always pleasant and so helpful . Steve B.
