These guys are great! The whole team is super friendly and always went above and beyond to make it a perfect experience. I parked here with a monthly permit over the past year. The guys gave me my own dedicated parking space for the Porsche 911 Carrera and always took meticulous care of the car. Interacted primarily with Mr Yves (father) and William (son) They are professional, and live by an old-school code of integrity. More on that below. Short and sweet: Service is excellent. Clear communication. If you call before you head over, they have your car ready to go. 24x7 availability. Icing on cake I placed a deposit and paid for 1 month up front. Two days into my contract period, called in, and said my circumstances had changed, and I only needed to park car for one month. So, in order to get my deposit back (required 30 day advance notification, per contract), did I have to send a letter in. Mr Yves said, "...you have spoken with me, that is enough." True to his word, when at end of month, I asked for my deposit, and got a check in deposit amount. Also, I initially left my car for approx 10 days. When I came back, there was a circular bump on my front bumper (size of a ping pong ball). I pointed this out to Mr Yves next time I saw him. He asked William to look into it. William gave me an ETA of next Wednesday bc he needed to review video footage to determine if they were at fault. He called me on Wed and said he needed more time (lot of footage over 10 days, I presume). A few days later, when I enquired about it, they said they could not locate/confirm that it was their fault, however, they would assume responsibility. I left my car overnight, they got it fixed. As good as new. All this transpired AFTER I had told them that I was not going to stay on past first month. And, BEFORE they returned my deposit. If they were not utterly honest, they could have either not fixed my car (this guy is not returning, let alone we may not be at fault), or not returned my deposit (you never notified us (no paper trail)). read more

I've definitely never been to a business where the employees are so consistently friendly, warm, and considerate - and I never imagined that a parking garage in Crown Heights would be the place that I'd find such service. These guys have always come through for me in a pinch. One time my registration expired and my car died on the same day and they let me park there until I could have it taken care of. This was by far my best experience parking in New York. These guys were super friendly, the parking was very affordable ($14 a day for my hatchback), and they didn't try to add any extra fees or surprise me with anything unpleasant when I came to pick up my car, which has just seemed to be part of the business model every time I've parked at a larger garage. The owner didn't even give me any grief when he had to jump my car because it'd been sitting unused for a while--he just jumped it himself and told me to drive safely. They aren't very clearly marked, and their sign actually reads "Auto Babysitters." Don't let it stop you. I'll use them again any time I need to park in BK. read more

Chris checked us in, he was amazingly friendly and professional, and made us feel comfortable that our car would be taken care of. Picked it up 2 days later and dealt with William who was also very professional, and was just a great guy and so pleasant to deal with. I appreciate that these folks are doing business the right way - for ANY business. They provide amazing customer service, they charge totally reasonable rates, they do exactly what they say they're going to do, and they're very professional - and absolutely no drama, surprises or BS. I'm glad they already had great reviews and that I went there, knowing your car is safe while you're traveling let's you relax just a little more. One of the best garages in the city. The high reviews are warranted. The owners William and Chris deserve most of the credit. They were always accommodating. From my first day there I never had a problem contacting either one for assistance or questions. The staff is very friendly as well and most importantly they took excellent care of my car. It's a little pricey but there aren't that many in that part of Brooklyn and no other garage was as highly rated. I moved to Flushing but I would definitely use them again. read more

I have been meaning to write this review for a year! So keep in mind I haven't been there for a year... but this is what I can share: At the time, I was in graduate school shooting a TV pilot for my thesis and I had a van with THOUSANDS of dollars of video production equipment inside. I needed a place to store the van for a little over a week where I would come and take it in the morning and return it at night. I also wanted to KEEP THE KEY for obvious reasons. This place was SUPER accommodating! They usually only do monthly car storage but they made an exception for me and gave me a very great deal- like $15 a night. Most places in the city are about $30 a night. They parked the car right in the very front of the garage so I could have easy access and also allowed me to lock it up and keep the key every night. Nothing was ever stolen from the van (my biggest fear!!!) and let me tell you, I was VERY happy! So overall, the first impression of the place is that it looks a bit creepy... but don't be turned off by the looks. They are super friendly, accommodating, and apparently also safe, as nothing was stolen from the van. Thanks guys! read more

If you need to park in the area, they are great. Friendly, straight-forward about their rates, accessible. I called in advance and they told me they usually have room on weekends and told me the rate (which didn't change). I only parked for 24 hours but got my car right when I needed. I had a cohort of Brooklynites who came with me and they were all amazed at the friendliness, cheapness ($27 including taxes for 24 hours for a compact/mid-size), and convenience. I've had issues with garages before, but they were no problem. read more
