We opted to drive to BK for a Liberty game and wanted to park as close to the arena as possible. This lot is as close as you can get-- right across the street. Because of this, it's extremely busy and the area is congested 100% of the time. Other than waiting a very long time to drop off and retrieve my vehicle, this lot was pretty decent. The seats are a bit cramped in terms of leg space, but I was comfortable enough for most of the show. I could also hear the artist well from my seat. I'd definitely visit again for another concert.

There have been times when the lot was near full, but the team here monitors that so that there is always parking available for monthly pass holders. Recently, I changed jobs and no longer needed to park in the lot anymore and called to let them know not to renew for the next month. The man who answered the call let me know that the system was down so they weren't able to process any auto payments anyway and that he'd let the employee who handles the monthly payments know to discontinue my account. My job ended a week into the new month and the week after I was no longer there, I noticed that they had charged my credit card for the upcoming month.
