Great location - close to little Italy. Attendants were friendly - cost is pricey but worth it. We will def go back when visiting NYC.

Car was returned to me over 12 hours later. No real explanation, but I got it back. The charge for the parking is still pending and I may or may not get that back, but I cannot in good faith recommend this garage. They do not have a failsafe to get your vehicle out if their computer system goes down again. What if next time it can't be repaired in 12 hours time? Very much "at your own risk" for the amount you pay. read more

This is the only parking garage I use when I visit Chinatown/Little Italy. It's in Little Italy and kinda easy to miss so make sure you look at the exterior before coming down. There used to be a parking attendant who was really cool but he has since been replaced with a kiosk :/. The prices are indeed steeper than your typically garage but the fact that the car is kept underground is key if you don't want to worry about your car being broken into or hit by some other car on the street. The automated system hasn't failed me yet and I will continue to recommend this spot. read more

Great automated self parking. As soon as I arrived, I was guided by clear signage and instructions on how to proceed. The process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly quick. The location itself was quite convenient, situated right in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy. I was able to park my car within walking distance of numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the NYC Chinatown without worrying about finding parking again. While the price was a little steep, I found it to be worth every penny considering the convenience it provided and the peace of mind knowing that my car was safe and secure. read more

Very cool! In our current environment, being a touch-less business, that in of itself, is a big draw. Also not having someone hop in my car for a joy ride around the lot, leaving my car with an extra scratch/dent is a great benefit of parking here. The cool part, being able to see my car tucked safely away in Manhattan, on video screens is really cool. I've read some horror stories about the mechanics of how it works and how some have had their car stuck and had to wait for a technician to get their car. My transaction however was quick and I didn't have to wait any longer than I thought necessary. On second thought, maybe I waited a little longer than necessary for the extreme novice ahead of me to park his car correctly on the platform, fold his mirrors in, and pack his belongings for whoever he was headed, etc but the wait wasn't unbearable. Some folks are just slow. The fact that there is just platform to intake cars could be a problem during rush hours. Thankfully I wasn't in a hurry. The experience can be expensive but well worth it in my opinion. read more

I drive to the city at least once a year and this parking spot right here trumps all my parking experiences! It is quick, simple, and convenient. It is close to both China Town and Little Italy. The cost is reasonable for the city. The cool twist is that it is fully automated. Pull into a bay. Go out to the kiosk and submit a payment method. Receive a ticket and save it until your return. Voila! The door closed and machines do the rest! Return. Submit your ticket to the kiosk. Pay. Then watch on a tv as your vehicle is returned, magically facing out, so you just hop in and cruise away! I LOVE this parking spot! All in all it takes under 5 minutes for the magical car vending machine to deliver your car. read more

This is a fully automated parking structure near Chinatown/Little Italy in NYC. It's expensive but definitely a safer bet than some other parking options because it's covered parking that works through an automated system (i.e., you pull into a garage space and a TV screen tells you what to do--put the car in neutral, get out, lock it, fold the side mirrors in if possible, etc). When you're ready to pick your car up, you insert your ticket and pay, and the car will come out of the garage, kind of like an automated valet. It cost $38 including tax for up to 12 hours of parking on a weekday but I'd say it was worth it! Such a cool experience and a safe option for parking in the city. read more

Best parking system in Chinatown!!! The entire system is automated and you just drive onto the pallet then get a card. Even though this place is not cheap it's still better than having some stranger whom you don't even know drive your car let alone have full access to whatever you may have inside. This place is best suited for people that care for their cars and don't like other people to park for you. It's definitely worth it if you have to park the entire day as metered parking in the NYC have increased dramatically. Especially down in Chinatown and you need to find parking quickly I would definitely swing by this parking garage. read more

Love the fact that this lot is in the heart of Chinatown and when you don't have the time to circle, you pull right in. It is not the cheapest around but you can get in without any hassle. One major advantage is that once you park no one touches your car. One major disadvantage is once you park you can't access your car to drop groceries. You can't win it all but I still like parking here. read more

0 stars would be over rating this place ,got stuck with 30 other people from 2 pm till 10pm at night ,the cars are still stuck in the garage, hoping for tomorrow morning . U would assume that a technician with some tools or appropriate equipment who is certified to handle such system will show up ,but no instead All that time we were told by the owner George that it will take 15 minutes, contact him several times ,he would not take responsibility , two guys unprofessional and not certified to fix anything!!!! Was going back and forth for 7 hours to get tools ( coming back with home depot shoping bag) until at 10 pm they needed an extension cord...and left to go get it leaving all of us there ,it was a rainy evening there was older people working people sick people among us, the owner refuse to return expenses and stopped responding to any of our endless texting about the status and what we shoeuld do ,t after explaining and asking he would car less if we would to stay there for the rest of the night this place should have their license suspended for the safety of the people, and someone should explain how the city will allow such thing to be licensed,.it is shameful it is disgrace for humanity to let this owner run public services. read more

This was a fun contraption. It was also cheaper than using the big park lots. It also spins the car around so you can just drive out. It took 3.5 minutes for my car to come up. I would return. read more

This lot was the first automated parking lot in NYC! No one touches our car when you leave it here. You vehicle gets onto a tray like food and gets into a spot and comes out when you pay to leave. I used to park here for the early bird special. but you have to be in by 10:30am on the weekdays. After they raised the price to $30 from $20 I stopped going. Not sure if the attendant has anything to do with it. early bird hours are 10:30am to 7pm. Weekend prices are different. Cheaper parking elsewhere. But the advantage here i that no one touches your car while its parked here. read more

We parked there yesterday 10/25/16 and it was fast, easy and clean. The attendant helped us since we have never parked in fully automated parking garage. We will definitely park there when we go back. Rates we very reasonable ! read more

I had no problem finding this place and was early enough this Sat. morning to get right in. The whole process of checking in was very cool and I was intrigued by the whole automated process...until I had to pick up the car. 7 hours later, came back stuck the ticket in the checkout machine. The machine would not take the parking ticket and/or credit card. Did the whole process of inserting tkt, inserting cc, over 10x's. Wasn't working, accepting tkt or cc. Well...you can't get your car if this whole process doesn't work, AND since it's an automated lot, there is NO attendant! So I frantically called every number on the wall until I got someone LIVE. He took my name and number and told me that a Technician had to come. NIGHTMARE. Okay, how long? Response, He's in Brooklyn and on his way. expletive, expletive, expletive. I waited an additional 25 minutes for the Tech to come and save my car from the robot that didn't feel like working. While waiting, 2 cars tried to pull in and I told them to go someplace else because my car was stuck in there! They were horrified for me, and basically happy it wasn't them. Great idea in theory, but will never do this again. The $38 later, plus the anxiety, grief , and additional time this caused me wasn't worth the 5 minutes of 'convenience' I got in the beginning of this experience. AUTOMATION - Dudd! read more
