The man who answered the call let me know that the system was down so they weren't able to process any auto payments anyway and that he'd let the employee who handles the monthly payments know to discontinue my account. My job ended a week into the new month and the week after I was no longer there, I noticed that they had charged my credit card for the upcoming month. I called back and spoke with the manager who refunded me partially for the month since I had used the pass for about a week which I thought was fair.
