He patiently explained to me what needed to be done. He sent me the estimate. The following day after reviewing the estimate, I didn't know what to do. My car was overheating. I took it to the Subaru dealership first and they immediately told us that the head gasket was going out and it would cost $5k to fix. Then I brought it here and met Marrhew. He had someone on the crew do a pressure test, turns out it was a leak in the radiator. He replaced that and the thermostat, as well as fixing the alignment and washed the car, all for less then the estimate. He saved us about 4 grand.
