I called buena park bmw dealership and asked about an oil change for a 2020 330i. They charge $100. So, I called these guys right after and they quoted me $120. I requested a quote to replace front and rear struts on my Lexus IS and Chao was very quick to respond. He provided a great price and was clear that the replacement parts he quoted weren't the bottom of the barrel ones. He also gave me the option to pick cheaper parts if I didn't want to spend too much money. He estimated the work would take about 3-4 hours. Once the parts came in, he notified me right away. I came in a few days later and one of the mechanics got started on the car immediately. I decided to wait around since the waiting area had plenty of cold drinks, snacks, and above all, AC!
