Working with Macy at H M Brown was the best car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I found a few cars I liked on the site, and Macy brought them all to my house for test drives. I handled the financing from home too--filled out a quick form online and heard back within hours with a rate lower than anything I'd found shopping around myself. Once we found the car I wanted (a 2024 Mazda in perfect condition), wrapping everything up was incredibly easy. No hidden fees like you get at other dealers. The only time I had to visit their location was to pick up my car and sign a couple papers. This was my first time buying from H M Brown, but now I'm a customer for life.

Brown to see what they could do and when I got there no one was at the reception desk (I did not make an appointment or anything) and a guy named Macy Marsh saw that I was in need and came out to see how he could help. Mind you I had no appointment, I just dropped in. So I told him what I was looking for in a jeep and he said to give him a little while and he would see what he could do. That same night he texted saying not only did he find one but that it had all the extras too and if I would be interested. I sure was. And to make a long story short he was able to get me the jeep of my dreams in about 48hrs of me coming in with no appointment. Macy and H.M. Brown really came through for me. Thanks again to all made it possible.

Textbook Bait-and-Switch - Stay Away!…read more If you're looking for the stereotypical "shady used car salesman" experience, Holman Honda is the place for you. I spent hours doing my research and getting financing terms settled, only to be met with a web of lies and high-pressure tactics. First, they flat-out lied about the vehicle's features on the website. The Jeep was listed online with a hardtop, but when I showed up, it wasn't there. When I asked about it? Total silence. Then came the financial games. They told me my rate was "only good for 24 hours" to rush me. A few days later, they called me back offering a discount to lower my down payment--only to retract the offer the second I took a day off work to finalize the deal. They tried to bait me back into the office just to switch the numbers and hike up my monthly rate.I lost a full day of wages and any shred of trust in this dealership. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you through the door, then change the terms once they think they have you. Do yourself a favor: Save your time, save your money, and shop anywhere else.

Next stop on dealership row was to Holman Honda, and this time I was accompanied by my son. As we…read moreparked, I noticed a lone salesperson in the lot. When we walked around looking at their inventory, I took particular note that he approached my son first. I find it interesting, though not surprising, how dealerships still lean into those old school gender assumptions. We spent time looking over both the CR-V and HR-V. While I was able to to check out the trunk space, features, and components, my son, tested for comfort and legroom (he needs plenty of it). We were able to take the CR-V for a test drive, putting a whole 7 miles onto the new 2026. It is a very nice car and it was great that we were able to get it on the highway. So I am a VERY picky person when it comes to exterior color, and while the sales rep was accommodating, he walked us through the lot and service area trying to locate the one that fit my preference. Eventually, we learned that the one I was most interested in was still undergoing inspection. And that is when the pressure kicked in where even the salesperson strongly recommended a deposit to "hold" it and to start paperwork rolling (even though I had yet to inspect that specific vehicle myself). I really wanted to take a look at the engine area! I made an appointment to return the next day, but after doing more research on the CR-V, I realized that the "Automatic" transmission listed on the window sticker is an actual CVT, so I had to back out. Experience has taught me well. :). A Honda may work for some but not all. On to another.....

Upon arrival I was greeted and helped right away. My salesman was Zee & he was super friendly and nice. Everything was done in a fast and professional manner. I drove away in my new Mercedes & haven't had any issues with it. I bought the car back in May. They also offer a free first oil change and it was exactly that. One free oil change no strings attached they didn't even try to upsell me or anything. They have a super cozy waiting area and all around good vibes here. Everyone has been so nice to me here I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone! They have some niiiiceeee cars and I'm definitely planning on going back soon THANK YOU GUYSSSSS!!

BUYER BEWARE! EVERYTHING IS GOOD UNTIL IT ISN'T…read more.. Long story short, the engine on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata blew at 108k miles. This was the second car I have purchased from CAF. After sitting in their lot for over a month just to be looked at, I was facing a $,7500 cost for a new remanufactured engine. When I purchased the car they boasted about how they also own the warranty company. Well I was 6,000 miles over and they did nothing. Collecting a bunch of money on policy's and barely paying out, I was thinking they could do one in good faith or at least split the cost with me. George bragged about how him and the owner are graciously offering me 10% off, which they also claim is employee pricing; I highly doubt that. So today, I finally picked my car up, paid them $6,500 that we agreed upon (only about 13% off) and now there is lovely paint damage on the rear left bumper. They have a weird wash that gets fabric stuck into jams on the car. So somebody tried to remove this fabric material, most likely with a utility knife, and scratched my paint. I explained to Shawn and George that I was rear ended last winter and my bumper had been replaced. Shawn then insults me and tells me it is warped paint from water damage. Funny how the fabric jammed up on both sides at the same area and the other side isn't facing this "water damage" as he claims. George and Shawn are excepting ZERO blame. I would not buy from these guys and I will not be going back. Things are good until they aren't and then they fight you just like every other dealership and warranty company.

Here's what we experienced: I own a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. there is currently a safety recall out for the PTU. When i got the mail letting me know i had the recall. i took it in within the next 2days to get it done. simple process. got it done within the day. gave me a sheet saying the recall was preformed and they had no recommendations for my car. it was in really really good condition! little did i know what was to come... anyways, AFTER getting my vehicle back not even 24 hours after they "preformed the recall" a dash light came on that had correlated TO THE RECALL they had "repaired" so i reach out to brody. my service advisor. he advised me i can bring it back by and do a diagnosis for damn near $300 i said no, because the light that came on was the light for the PTU recall. he then said i could swing by and they can bring the scanner out to the vehicle and get it checked out at no cost. i said id pass by, never got the chance to. day or two goes by. i'm driving to the store and the car completely stops accelerating. engine still had power but no forward movement. i have my fiance look at it since he is a mechanic. turns out it was THE RECALL. so we have it towed to autonation since they were the last one to touch my car. (note: my car has been running PERFECTLY FINE before they got ahold of it) we call them the next day letting them know what happened and they said they would look into it and every time we asked (which is basically everyday) they said they still hadn't gotten anything. couple weeks later they claim they have chrysler involved in this. (i call bs) they supposedly say everyone is involved to help us out. GIVING FALSE HOPE like i bet they do to EVERY single one of their customers. FINALLY after a MONTH. A MONTH, of it sitting in their shop, not having my car. they come back and say. "Chrysler cannot cover this since it it out of warranty." WRONG. i tell them i have that extended warranty by the manufacturer and they still stand on it being out of the warranty even though ITS IN WRITING that my car has a 8yr/125k warranty on the ptu, my car has 117k miles... idiots. finally were fed up. the only helpful thing they did this entire month was let me have a loaner.. Henry the service manager is a total c***su****. so ignorant and so RUDE. to end this headache, we had them put it back together and we towed it to Castle Rock Jeep. they got us an answer, a loaner car and a BRAND NEW PTU, covered PAID FOR BY JEEP, within 1 1/2 week. it took Autonation almost a month and a half to tell me some bs. DO NOT SERVICE HERE. if you're gonna take your car ANYWHERE, make the drive to CASTLE ROCK JEEP. They actually care, and don't see u as a bag of money like autonation does. AUTONATION IS A GREEDY GROUP OF A HOLES.
