They are trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, very accommodating and friendly. Today I went in for my oil change and regular auto maintenance. I also had all my filters changed and my new tires realigned. I dropped off my car at 9 AM and Edgar, the owner was kind & dropped me back off at my home during my service so that I could work from home for the rest of the day. Then when the car was ready for pick up Edgar came back to my house and picked me up. Such amazing & generous customer service. Even if the staff was not available to do a pick up and drop off, they also offered a rideshare service if needed. This is a huge lifesaver for me and super accommodating of my chaotic work schedule. I always feel safe in my vehicle after picking up my car for maintenance. I know I have a reliable vehicle when my car is serviced here. I also love that they use different apps and technology to explain the services, show the repairs needed or maintenance required options for your car. Jose and Andrew at the front of house of the shop are amazing and also make the whole experience convenient and a breeze. I have also called the shop for other referral services. They referred me to a local glass shop and I had an exceptional experience. My only wish is that his location was closer to my house, and that he was open on weekends, but that won't stop me from going. Next he will see my Veloster for a seat heater diagnostic. I have been to Tune Tech twice. The first time for an issue with my cars remote start, then for a low beam bulb. Both times Tune Tech fixed the problem in a timely, professional, and affordable manner. They even checked all of my lights, finding I had 3 bulbs out, not just one. I was glad I took it to them considering I'd taken my car for an oil change a week earlier to a different company who never mentioned that I had any lights out. The tachometer was working fine when I brought the car there on Oct 14, 2025... when I picked the car up on Oct 15th the tach was no longer working correctly. I had to wait 6 months from the dealership because of their ignorance!
