I came in the first time to request a quote and was impressed by the low price and their unhesitating willingness to explain the repair process. To be specific, my 2006 Ford Escape had a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir and a loose hand brake. I asked to bring in a generic replacement reservoir ordered from the internet and they happily obliged, noting that they only accept generic parts that don't affect driver safety. Good! Was quoted $80 to install the reservoir and $50 to adjust the hand brake, and that's exactly what they charged me when I brought the vehicle in 5 days later. Turns out they also inspected my brakes (all good) and rotated my tires at no charge. Bonus! The repairs were made in two hours and I'm very pleased with the results.

I was asking for the receipt for the battery so I can have ACDelco or GM do a warranty replacement myself. I was going to do all of this myself. Serial #05089 Battery Build Code G053R (Gold, May, 2023) As you can see from my previous post, I posted the battery issue on June 14th, 2024 for a battery that has a giant "30 MONTHS" on it. You'd be forced to go back to a shop to get your oil change. Never ever coming back here again and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to come here either.
