I've never left an auto mechanic in such good spirits. Excellent customer service, bargain prices,…read moreand quality work in good time. When my car needs repairs again I will happily return to D&J without shopping around. I came in the first time to request a quote and was impressed by the low price and their unhesitating willingness to explain the repair process. To be specific, my 2006 Ford Escape had a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir and a loose hand brake. I asked to bring in a generic replacement reservoir ordered from the internet and they happily obliged, noting that they only accept generic parts that don't affect driver safety. Good! Was quoted $80 to install the reservoir and $50 to adjust the hand brake, and that's exactly what they charged me when I brought the vehicle in 5 days later. Turns out they also inspected my brakes (all good) and rotated my tires at no charge. Bonus! The repairs were made in two hours and I'm very pleased with the results.

My ACDelco battery that I bought from D&J died after a year. The battery has a 30 month replacement warranty from ACDelco. I was asking for the receipt for the battery so I can have ACDelco or GM do a warranty replacement myself. I was going to do all of this myself. Attached a photo of the battery that was giving low voltage. Serial #05089 Battery Build Code G053R (Gold, May, 2023) As you can see from my previous post, I posted the battery issue on June 14th, 2024 for a battery that has a giant "30 MONTHS" on it. Pretty unbelievable response.

They were extremely honest and advised that the car was in great condition. The brake rotors will eventually need to be refinished due to slight warping, but it was nothing pressing. All that was needed was an oil change and fluid top offs, which they took care of at a very reasonable price. I brought the car in again recently for an oil change. Quick and easy and inexpensive service. Although I've only used their services twice, I opine they are quite trustworthy.

If you want the best for your car, Auto Logic in San Bruno is the way to go…read more For a lot of people like me, it's the ONLY way. Me? Repeat customer for life. The deets: I have a 1999 NB Mazda Miata with a rebuilt engine, but your mileage may vary. Let me start off this review by saying, good "Mom and Pop" mechanics and support staff are hard to find. To wit: PR Motorsports in Hayward closed a few years ago because the main and only mechanic had "an offer he couldn't refuse." When Mr. Mazda changed owners due to unforseen circumstances, well, I'll stop short there. What Auto Logic delivers is a world-class auto experience in every category: Customer Service, Communication, Attention to Detail, Value, Service and All-Around "Good Karma" vibe. My auto service need was fixing a leaky engine (from the aforementioned rebuild) that was LONG overdue. After an initial assesment, the estimate was up to a 2-day job and co$t wise, ended just being a little "teensy weensy" over the initial estimate price. I didn't care, because the constant calls to my cell phone regarding updates eased my concern. Timewise, the job took just a little over one day. That's it really. Only to say that I forgot how beautiful the drive is on H280 to and from my locale in the South Bay.

He was super accommodating when it came to scheduling and traveling to work on my car while I was at work, and was done well within a couple hours. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Going to him also saved me well over $1200 compared to going for a repair at the dealership. Would highly recommend and would reach out again if I needed any other repairs, auto, home, or otherwise!

Roland referred me to a place to get a full CVT replacement for my 2015 Honda Civic. Price was beyond reasonable. Roland then met up with me to do maintenance for the rest of the car and now it runs like new! What sets Roland apart from everyone else is two things: 1. He's a mobile mechanic; if you got an emergency or need flexibility on location, he's your guy. He comes out to you. 2. He has YOU buy the parts, so money saved not being upcharged by the dealer/shops. You tell him the issue, he tells you what you need to get (including links to Amazon, rockauto, etc), and agree on the labor price I recommend his services to anyone that wants the flexibility and to go with someone knowledgeable/honest. He's also a funny guy
