I had received pretty severe damage on the bumper of my 2019 Kia Stinger after striking a leftover…read moretire in the middle of the night. My bumper was cracked completely and paint ripped off all along the side bumper. This being my first car I was completely distraught. I worked very hard to maintain my car handwashing and oil changing myself constantly so needless to say I couldn't leave the damage unfixed. I began to start a project on yelp to find quotes already acquiescing that a whole bumper would be required and I'd be out some 1500 dollars. The first ever response I got back was from Arnaldo. He gave me an estimate quick and asked for the paint codes so he could match the paint properly. I was a little worried because I understood the extent of my damage and wanted to make sure it was within his work range. He was accommodating and prompt immediately choosing a time for us to meet. He arrived and upon inspection it was much worst then he thought as the fully cracked bumper would need welding. He apologized and offered to come back as soon as possible. Unfortunately it would also be a different price but only 60 or so dollars more and nothing exorbitant. He returned at the early hour he said he would and kept me updated on his times. He assured me that because of the damage and previous work done it may not be perfect but he would do his best. He immediately got to work. He finished the job in just 2 hours because I had work in the afternoon. He finished on time and the work was incredible. Although he said it wasn't perfect it was as close to perfect as I could tell. The front looked as good as new. I thanked him for his time and we had a nice chat about work. Arnaldo is an incredible professional. A man who has perfected his craftsmanship and offers it out at reasonable prices. Any other body shop would have charged me near 2 thousand for the same work. If I ever need any body work done I'll be coming right back to Arnaldo and Prestige Auto Recon.

Took our Lexus RX350 to Caliber they are a AAA recommended shop…read moreAmber was our customer rep she explained AAA did not authorize OEM replacement parts and that the parts they used met the required standards. The damage to our car was mainly on the drivers front below the hood the fender, head lamp and bumper was replaced along with some painting. It took 3 weeks for Caliber to comlete the repairs Amber explained part of the delay was on AAA and having a Lexus tech do some calibrating. My wife picked up our "repaired" vehicle I looked it over and noticed the passenger side area where the hood and fender met looked like it was not aligned and you could see a big gap in an area that had not been damaged you could push down on it and it would pop back the repaired side looked ok. I told my wife the car needed to go back and fixed she took our car back and Amber basically told her there was nothing they could do a couple of days went by and the passanger side was coming undone once again my wife took it back this time amber said she would contact AAA she called my wife asked her to drop off our car once again AAA agreed to replace the crooked part. Another week Amber calls car is ready I look at the repair looks good pop the hood 3 clips are missing another clip has to be orderd. A week later the final missing clip is delivered to caliber another trip to the shop and the Caliber nightmare is over. All in all my wife made 5 trips to Caliber the most disturbing is Amber telling my wife there was nothing they could do to fix the side that had not been hit. Customers shop around before taking you vehicle to Caliber.
