    I purchased a vehicle from this company paid $1000 more then I wanted and then before my first payment the check engine light comes on and I'm told well it's after 30 days we cant work on it we won't get paid unless the office approves called the office several times during lunches and breaks and they tell me service is going to call and it will be up to them if they can do the work. The same service that said it was up to the office. Was told I would receive a call before my lunch break is over and did I get a call? No! This is my worst experience with a car place I have gotten a great experience from A+ motors the man's name was Ali. I wish I had went to him this time. I can tell you no one in my family will ever go back to this place and if any of my customers ask me about a car place I will tell them all about Auto Resources and how they don't care for their customers. Good thing I work in the customer service field and will be sure that I inform my customers of this experience. For reference the vehicle I purchased was at the end of February and issues started before 30 days and they reset my screens on my car assuring me they did service it. Not even 2 weeks later oil lights and engine lights are on. Don't even have the registration and haven't even had the first payment due!! You make your own conclusions on the company from that. Ali at A plus motors went above and beyond for me when I got my last vehicle years ago and if I or my family ever need one again that will be where we stay

    Worst customer service experience ever. I read all the reviews, but wanted to give them a chance to make up for it.. They told me I was approved before I came in so I traveled 2 hours and 30 min to just get them to say I can approve you just not the car you want. I specifically asked Moe to get an approval first before I came. I could have used the $300 for an Uber on something else. Unprofessional rude as hell and they love talking over you. Like if you guys wanna fuck people over that's fine but at least be nice

    I just went to check on a car that i saw and the guy told me that supposedly the price that i saw on the internet was wrog so pretty much false advertising at the end he ended up giving me a price tag of over 5000 more of the asking price

    I would give no stars if I could!! This is going to be a long and lengthy review but I want to share my personal experience. They communicate through text which is a horrible mistake when you mistreat your customers!! My friend referred me here? She had a bit of a difficult time with some things but it sounded like the good out weighed the bad? She was told if she referred people to their place of business they would give her $200 off the vehicle she purchased. That was not credited to her even though I gave her name, number and address. I went in with my vehicle to see what I could do as far as a trade or just to buy another car. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in, one of the major selling factors was an automatic start which I was told it worked and it didn't once I got it. My fault for not checking and believing. The deal was they would take in my trade and pay it off and I would put $3500 down. $3000 up front another $500 in a few weeks. My pervious vehicle was not in the best shape, however they could clearly see that, they also took it for a test drive so they new what they were getting into and they still agreed to take it and pay it off. We had a set date for the rest of the $500 deposit that was left for whatever reason about 2 weeks after I received a text telling me the deposit was 5 days late. I called to confirm and it wasn't. Some days pass before my deposit is still do and I receive another message that now the $500 is 15 days late. Again it wasn't obviously a mess up on their end. When it came time for the deposit to be due they text me and asked if I would be calling that day and I said yes. They stated that they still had my card on file so I figured to make it easier fine go ahead and charge my card, moment's later they said there was an additional $300 for the trade in. I asked if we could plan for that to be taken at another time, no response. Later in the afternoon I went to go get gas. I happened to check my account and they took $837 and some change without my consent. My consent was for the $500. I was not notified until the day of the payment about the additional $337 they would be taking until that day. I called and asked to speak to a manager, of course one was not available. I sent a text again, "so you guys are going to take an additional $337 without my consent". The response was there was an additional fee for the pay off we didn't know about and it was do today. I said I need a manager to call me now! Moments later I receive a call from the manager? His name was Moe I told him about the issue and all his response was I'm sorry. That's it. I thankfully get paid weekly but here I am with $200 left in my account toast the week because they took and additional amount without telling me first. I stated how the automatic start does not work and that was a big selling point for me how it was my fault I didn't check and how as soon as they found out about the additional $337 they should have notified me so I could plan accordingly. Again the only response I could get was I. Sorry. He asked what vehicle I tried in and I told him he then throws in my face, "oh the one I'm dumping alot of money into so I can get it off my lot". Who's fault is that? Not mine, I didn't force then to take the trade they said they would, I didn't force or even asked if they would pay it off. That was Again them. I also stated how my friend did not receive the $200 off her vehicle for referring me and he said he would look into it he has to talk to my sales person. He is the manager, I said I can give you her name you can look up her sales person since her sales person was the one who told her to refer people to their place of business. Again he said ok I'm sorry have a good day. I stated I was going to give a bad review because of all of this and I hung up. He called back and I did not answer, he then proceeds to send me a text saying good luck getting your friends money, I was going to help but since you are giving a bad review I'm not now. Thankfully I'm done dealing with them everything is now through the bank. Decide for your self but I would stay away. Find somewhere that treats you like a valued customer. I felt like the response was if you went to eat at a restaurant and you had hair in your food and they just picked it out and said continue. Stay as far away as possible.

    If you don't buy a car or accept their bs they are rude!! Horrible experience here. The main guy jay is really weird and overbearing.

    Not a good place to find cars. They just there to take all you have. Better go to a rea dealerships that xan realt help you out

    I bought a truck on sep 2024 and I already had to replace the motor and their mechanic shop they…read moreown sucks when they replaced the motor the truck started a misfire and shake. They blame it on my tires since I'm all terrain tires then I had to go somewhere else to get a diagnose and they only replaced one coil pack out of six I've been having nothing but issues ever since I bought this car check engine light all the lights on the dash they are a scam and they're worthless. I would never do business with these people ever again

My daughter went to buy a car, and a salesman told us we only needed $1,000 down to drive the car off the lot. We were waiting for an insurance payout from a totaled car. Acting in good faith, I spent over $800 to update my insurance and gave them the $1,000 down payment. After taking my money, the salesman changed the deal. He said I needed more money down because the insurance check wasn't in my name and they "weren't sure where I would get the funds from." I proved my income from three jobs, but it didn't matter. When I asked for my money back, I was met with vicious racism. I was called racial slurs. Most shockingly, the General Manager sent me a message telling me to take my "ghetto ass back to the ghetto and go buy a ghetto ass car." The staff was so aggressive I believe they would have assaulted me if I didn't have a witness with me. This has caused me significant financial harm and deep emotional distress. I was scammed out of nearly $2,000 and subjected to hateful, racist abuse by the management. NO PERSON OF COLOR IS SAFE IN THIS BUILDING. I am filing reports with the Better Business Bureau, the police, the Attorney General, and civil rights agencies. Please, protect yourself and your family. Take your business anywhere else.

I was disappointed but still willing to move forward. Candido then had me speak with multiple people, and my partner and I were asked to wait by someone else. Even though we arrived early, before it got busy, Candido didn't even acknowledge us at all. We sat at his desk for nearly an hour with no communication while he walked in and out. Other customers were also left waiting. After nearly three hours since we got there, we left. This was the worst dealership experience I've had, and I won't be returning. Such a waste of my time. Before having these "sales events" they have to make sure they actually prepare with sales people for people who actually want to buy cars!!! Wouldn't recommend this place. They sell damaged/dirty cars plus they have the worst sales people.

They replaced a few things and even offered to put the spoiler on that I purchased elsewhere, at no extra charge. Yesenia had my paperwork all prepared and ready for me to sign when I bought my car. Cars 4 Less made it so easy and painless when I needed a car. Eddie went over the code reader to show me there were no codes. They provided the Carfax report free on Car Gurus, where I saw the car advertised. It showed most of the maintenance and repairs that were reported for this car. I felt confident that I was getting a dependable car. They were honest and accommodating, Eddie even worked with me on the price. When I am In the market for another car, I am definitely going to come here. Thank you Cars 4 Less team!

They reported the car stolen took the car back and have not giving me my $5,000 back they ignore me they do not answer my phone calls they blocked me on social media they are a scam don't ever buy from them they are a scam they cause the murder of my child or the death of my child I should say because when they took the car it was evacuations in Mariposa I could have died my child did die because of their actions and now they insist on the keeping my $5,000 their thieves they should be in prison
