The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. On task, friendly and polite and treating each customer with importance. Matthew was who helped me personally with my vehicle. I needed a new tire due to a tear and a repair in another. A customer walked in and he knew their car without checking which I thought was impressive considering how busy it was. They got my car finished before the time they advised me and when Matthew saw me leaving he checked in that I was happy with everything from today. What can typically be a mundane way to spend a weekend day, the discount tires team. I would definitely recommend getting 'The Certificate' as a new tire cost me $12.99 and that covers me for another new tire incase I get a tear in this one.

This is typically a manufacturer warranty issue. but Manny at this location gave us a generous credit for the worn tread toward new tires. This store was a bit out of our way, so we called our regular Discount Tire store to see if they could match it, but they wouldn't even consider it. Manny saved us several hundred dollars towards the high end tires we wanted and got our business for helping us out. Additionally, we were in and out of there with 4 new tires in about 40 minutes.
