Needing to pass my smog test and had the engine light come on with catalytic converter issues. Tom was nice enough to explain the main (and most costly) problem but give me possible ways to work on it in smaller and cheaper steps. These Guys are very professional, honest, and up front. I came in to the shop thinking I needed a brake job done from squeaky brakes. These guys were able to throw my car on the lift and call me back within 20 minutes to let me know that my vehicle was all good to go, and didn't require any new brakes. All free of charge. DON'T COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I should've known better when he came back in less than 10 minutes telling me my car was done. I've only driven 1200 miles and my oil change light is back on. I took my 2017 Honda here to get an oil change, they were nice enough to price match the Groupon rate which was an amazing deal, BUT the service was extremely quick, I was told that my oil was coming out in clumps but was not shown or anything else AND THE WORST PART they removed the cover that held my steel plate covering to my splash panel and did not do anything to connect it after changing my oil or let alone tell me that they removed the part that held it all together and couldn't put it back on THEY DIDN'T SAY A WORD.. which means they didn't know what they were doing and now the steel plate cover is hanging and scraping the ground and it's extremely loud and dangerous if it comes off. I did not take my car back to this shop because I don't trust them after they did not communicate this with Me and obviously they are not educated on taking care of this part so why would I take it back to them? I cannot drive my car until I fix this so it's a super big inconvenience and these are hard parts to replace so major issue I have to handle now and this is all because it was not attached properly like it was before they touched it. I highly recommend not bringing your car here if you have a Honda as most if not all Honda's are the same this way. The man working there did tell me that they used to specialize in Volkswagen bugs and Porsches previously, so I'm assuming that's where they're knowledge lies. I went to this auto shop for the first time for an oil change. Tom (owner) told me that it will take some time due to few others cars came before me. Instead of letting me wait at the shop, he offered me to take a loaner car so that I would not wait at the shop a long hours and for me to do my own errands.
