I went to several top ranked body shops in Miami for past repairs I needed to get done and a friend of mine who restores cars as a hobby recommended Auto Pro Solutions to me. I took my new Acura MDX here after getting into an accident that ruined the rear drivers side car door. Not only did Billy do an incredible job repairing the door (it looks brand new), he also included a rear bumper repair I wouldn't have gotten and fixed several scratches on the front bumper, sides of the car and hood of the car plus did a full car detail. The car looked brand new inside and out. They do amazing work and on top of this they did everything for $1,000 lower than all of the other top ranked body shops I went to and gave me an estimate just to repair the door that was ruined in the car accident. Trust me, their work is excellent and their prices are well below the market rate. Billy is also incredibly flexible to make drop off and pick up arrangements with. I live/work far away and he made himself available on weekends and after hours to accommodate my schedule. He also did all of the repairs quickly within 1-3 days for any body work I've called him about. I'm actually in his parking lot right now on Sat at 4pm because my mom got into a fender bender with her Mercedes. I called him right away and he was waiting for me to get here. We are doing several other touch ups than the fender bender; just like he did with my Acura because he does such great work, so quickly and at such a great price. I can't recommend this auto body shop enough!!!Billy and his two mechanics went above and beyond to help me fix the low beams on my 2008 Mercedes. They were incredibly sweet and literally dropped everything they were doing to take a look at my car. At first, they tried to fix the issue without taking the bumper off, but when they realized it couldn't be done properly that way, they didn't hesitate to do what was needed to get it done right. Despite the extra effort, they had me back on the road in about an hour. The pricing was more than reasonable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I recently went to this shop to fix my bumper and door lock. They fixed my bumper very nicely, and when I later had some additional problems with the door lock, they went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for how they handled these extra issues. In my opinion, no other body shop or mechanic would take that level of responsibility. They ordered additional parts for the lock, had another mechanic inspect the car, and even sent someone to my house to look at it--all at no charge. Beyond handling car problems, I was impressed by the humility of the owner. You can go to this body shop with complete confidence and trust them 100%. I am so impressed with Billy and with his wonderful body shop. I had taken my old car there twice to have leaks fixed and was always pleased with their work and even more with Billy's care and personalization of everything that took place. He drove me home and picked me up both times which was really appreciated. I have a brand new beautiful car now and unfortunately I was hit by a bicycle the other day and my car was severely scratched and I was heartbroken. As always Billy and his amazing shop came through and took such good care of me. Initially he said it would take 3 days to fix it but instead I brought it in on Friday and it was ready Saturday morning. I had an accident a couple days before and I called on December 30 hoping to get my front bumper cover replaced and painted before I had to leave Miami on January 1, so I called and Billy, the owner, answered and said it was possible. They were professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. All the staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish. What really stood out was how far they went to help me. I could not speak more high of my experience with them. The owner is extremely personable and friendly. He makes it a point himself to be involved in the repairs of your car and his attention to detail made the difference when repairing my car. I had a massive gash on the C panel of my truck for months. Water had gotten to it and the rust began to build. They had fixed it and made it as if it was never there and took care of additional scratches. I have a GMC Sierra 2016 and it looks like I just bought it out of the shop and it only took him 2 days. I found the place by driving around the area, which is full of auto repair shops and body repair/paint shops. Although the lot was full of vehicles, the owner Billy, dedicated his full attention to me and my needs. He reviewed the damage and the repair estimate, and he gave me a fair price and a time to pickup. He personally gave me a lift home, and when I came to pickup the vehicle a couple of days later but a little early, he was personally cleaning it. So I had a situation where my car got damaged as a result of a hit and run. When you pull up to the shop, you might think it looks a little questionable. But don't let that fool you, as their work speaks for itself. I personally had a wonderful experience working with them. This body shop is one of the very few that are open on a Sunday. Billy the owner, was exceptionally nice and funny. He was very honest and reasonable with the pricing.
