I went here the other day and I had a rental car. My son had puked in the car and I was out of town and wasn't able to clean it that good. I was totally freaked out because I thought the I had ruined this brand new car and I was so afraid to take it back to the rental place. So I pulled in here and the one guy Juan was so very nice and so were the rest of the guys. They took care of it right there on the spot and got it perfectly clean. Mind you this seat was leather and had little holes in the the seat so I really thought it was ruined. I was so upset. But they fixed it right away. The seat looked perfect. I took the car back and no one knew a thing. Thanks again Juan read more

If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and find a kid, a student, a homeless person, or even a tweaker to wash your car. I guarantee you, they'd be happy with the money you pay them and most importantly out perform the service I received today. Because.. Holy smokes! The 1 star reviews are true. I decided to ball out and get a car wash today, so I got the Gold special (in retrospect, it should have been called the manure special). I dropped my car off in their vacuum section and walked inside to pay my "Gold special." There was no line, so I paid and walked out. I peeked over and my car was already getting out of being rinsed (red flag #1). The car was then wiped for about 2 minutes by two guys, then it was one or two guy walking by and doing some sort of random wiping (red flag #2). Then my car sat there for about 5 minutes and they called it. I got in my car and this guy was like, oops, miss a spot, so I'm like cool it's pretty clean. SIKE! The front end was dirty as a pig, my windows still had bugs on it, the back side had a layer of dust that was being muddied by the water they haven't wiped, there were spots they missed everywhere. I called and they were really apologetic. I brought it back the 2nd time, and I watched them wash the other cars this time. In the span of 4 minutes, I witnessed TWO customers received their car and started cleaning all the spots they missed. I witnessed several employees wiping a perfectly clean upper panel while the lower panel had visible mud streaks from 20 feet away. "Black Volvo!" they yelled as the lower panel looked like it just went off road. Then, I got my car back, it still had half the spots I pointed out that they missed. Who are these people? My 9 year old sister washed my car better than these people. Why do they overcharge and under perform? I know, I'm not being picky because I've paid fraction less for better service. read more

Probably the worst car wash, and the most expensive. My first and last time here today. I paid 41 dollars for an inside and outside wash. Outside of my car looked great but they didn't even clean the inside of it! They shampooed the mats but that is it! Didn't clean the dash, the mirror, or the center console! There were crumbs and dog hair still everywhere In my car and my cup holders were still gross. Like I paid for inside and outside to be done and I tipped them before I even saw the inside. Do not recommend. Better off going to Splash and just doing the inside yourself. read more

Paid for a car wash, left with a dirty truck. Granted it was the $30 package, but still expected the truck to leave clean. Did not notice until home or would have asked staff to wipe the remaining areas while I was there. Wheels are still dirty, dirt spots all over truck, streaks all over glass. If your car is only slightly dirty, the this place will suit you just fine. My car, however, was not. My car was WAAAY overdue and was filthy, so I paid the $50 for the 'top of the line' wash that they offer. What a colossal waste of money. Finding a quality car wash in Santa Rosa, has been a problem. This one is no different, went ahead and paid the $39 job, by the time we got home we realize we needed to clean the windows and vacuum. It's like we paid $39 for them to get the worst of it done, but the streaks on the window and around the edge of the window, you do that when you get home. There were a lot of crumbs on the floor and in the consul, they got 80% of them, when you get home get a vacuum cleaner out and finish up. My suggestion is, get the basic inside and out car wash and then go home and do it we did that extra cost seems to be just extra money for them. read more

This is the 3rd time I've gone & I don't have a fully clean car for $40.... First time they didn't vacuum my carpets because "it was dark outside". I also went to have my seats cleaned and there were still spots and spills ($75) This time, they didn't clean my center console, where there was still dirt and hair. My doors also weren't wiped on the inside and had dirt marks. I wouldn't say a good value when Mendocino car wash charges the same prices but really goes into detail. After 3 times being disappointed- I won't go back. read more

This place used to be the best in town. I have no idea what happened but after today I won't be returning. How it's possible that three men who appear to be diligently cleaning a single windshield over and over again can manage to still leave bird crap remnants is beyond me. And the dead bug cemetery on the front of my bumper is apparently following me in some sort of shame bell ringing punishment because that's still there too. Platinum car wash service and I leave with bug guts and feces? Yaaa notsomuch. Two stars for an interesting gift shop and friendly customer service. read more

I'm gonna name this place Auto no-pride car wash. We took our car in today and paid over $100 to have them get the dog hair out. When we got back in our car there was still dog slobber on the backs of our seat so I asked them to clean that. Then we found they broke off a piece of our car that adjusts the seat backs. The entire handle was in our center console suddenly and when we tried to put it back on a piece fell into their drain. When we asked the manager about how they were going to fix our part he said "we have video it was broken" BULLSHIT. We drove in with it in perfect condition. When I said "help us get the piece to that fell in your drain" he walked away to clean another car and this was the manager!!! After leaving it occurred to us we should have asked to see this imaginary video of the inside of our car. Because we knew it was not broken apron arrival. We got most of the piece back okay but now have to pay to replace The entire thing because of the one part that is still under their drain. Oh and did I mention the last time we went there was still a pound of dog hair in the back Of our car and so that is why we paid over the $100 this time. Because they don't stand by the regular clean actually being able to clean your car. read more

I swore I wouldn't go back, and I was pretty serious last time. But, I thought that if I paid $32 for their Platinum wash this time, that I might get better results than I had in the past. Right...? WRONG. I went in at around 9:20 in the morning, and was promptly greeted. I asked for the Platinum wash because I wanted my interior cleaned and dressed up. Thought my car would come out in better shape than it went in. WRONG When the car came out of the wash bay, it sat outside for 5-10 minutes in the sun before anybody even touched it. Anybody who knows anything about washing cars should know that you NEVER leave a wet car in the sun because it will quickly develop water spots. They worked on the car for a few minutes and my car was eventually ready. First thing I notice is all of the messy goop they left all OVER my dashboard. I used one of my own rags to remove excess and try to even it out (it wasn't even uniformly goopy!). I drove (4mi) to where I was going, took a look at the outside and was not impressed: - Water spots all over the place, dirt and whatnot had not been removed, especially on my fenders. - They took out my (rubber) floormats, maybe vacuumed them but didn't spray/wipe them, threw them back in, but didn't re-attach them to the pegs they ripped them off of. - By evening, the streaks on all my windows were HORRIBLE. So bad that it made it unsafe to drive in the dark with the glare of other lights. See photo. I spent 15 minutes with my own rag just scrubbing off whatever hellacious crap they applied to my windshield. I'll need to go back tomorrow and do the rest of the windows but the windshield was first priority. Well, I went back in a bit after 5 p.m., and they were fortunately still open. I was offered a free wash, which I declined - I had asked for a refund, after all. The clerk got authorization to refund my credit card and then went ahead and did it. Thankfully. I still feel that my time was wasted. You should never get a car back in worse condition than you brought it in, ESPECIALLY a condition which makes driving it a safety hazard on the road. It's especially bad when you have to spend extra time undoing *a professional's* bad work. Please do not ever patronize Mission Hand Car Wash, because they do bad business. read more

Auto Pride - Safety hazard. No, this is not haze from a temperature differential. This is the "cleaning" they did that made it worse than it was before. - Car Wash Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Today I had a very surprising service at this Auto Pride location in Santa Rosa. Let me start saying that the last time I took my cars to this car wash was last year, probably in the summer time. Every time I took my cars there I would leave the place completely frustrated and infuriated. The staff back then would not clean my car properly, and would often not clean the trunk of the cars. Their explanation was that I was the one who needed to open the trunk and let them know they had to clean it (which to me is an absurd!). Good luck trying to find the manager onsite back then as well. I always observed each employee working on the cars. I often saw the same staff members walking around, barely cleaning the cars, or doing a sloppy service. One day, after one of my cars was done, I called a staff member outside and asked why they hadn't cleaned my windshield. And that my car was still dirty inside. I then heard another staff member, speaking in Spanish: "Another complainer eh?". News flash people, I can speak and understand Spanish very well. Many in this country can. But things changed last year. I heard new management had taken over and I decided to take my cars there again. This time I opened the trunk and let them know I wanted it cleaned. Upon pickup, I checked my car and the trunk still had sand in it! I called the new manager, who was onsite, who carefully listened to my complaint. He apologized, explained I didn't need to tell his staff that they needed to clean my trunk, and he gave me a free wash. I initially refused the free wash and asked him if I could have the trunk vacuumed right away. Unfortunately the only way to get it cleaned was to go back in line (long line) and wait. I then accepted the free wash. That was the last time I went. Until today. After one year of not taking my car to any car wash, and living in the middle of the woods literally, my car was not in a good shape. Upon my arrival there this morning, I noticed the whole staff had changed! That excited me :) I then asked the staff member who took my car wash order to give it extra care because it was really dirty. I told him I knew his staff would do their best. And he agreed. A few minutes later my car was outside getting hand dried and cleaned inside. I attentively observed that staff crew and, to my surprise, one of them opened the trunk, got inside of it, and cleaned all the leaves and dried tree tiny branches that were left behind by the vacuuming crew (which by the way did an excellent job!!!). I asked the front desk receptionist if they did cash back as I wanted to tip the three staff members who worked on my car. I asked for $15, 3 of $5. She explained she could only do a $5 transaction. I said okay, and asked her to call the manager. The manager came, I don't recall his name but it starts with G (Gerbeht maybe?). I explained to him the difference between today's service and last year's service, and how happy and impressed I was. He authorized another $10 cash back transaction so I could tip his staff members. The manager himself finished up some cleaning in my car before I took off. Today it was top notch service. I do hope they continue the good work, as I really want to purchase the unlimited pass they have for my cars. One item to cover only. My windshield had sap drops on it. They were cleaned up with exception of the biggest one, that turned into a big smudge and I only noticed it after I got on the freeway. But I can clean it up myself this time! read more

Amazing customer service! Super kind and understanding to my needs with my car! I have been there several times and is never disappointed Aaron the Car wash manager made it a point to ask if there was anything else I needed before leaving their property, which I replied with no as the car was spotless! I would definitely recommend Auto Pride Hand car wash to anyone who needs a reasonably priced, Fantastic service car wash! read more

Yeah. Been here too many times. I always leave and notice later that there was some major oversight. Either they didn't clean the wheels, left big dirt spots, or realize that night they smeared my windows with a dirty rag. Today was the prize though - when I asked guy who dried/finished my car if he could clean a few dirty spots and finish cleaning the wheels. The attendant asked me if I am OCD. Nice one. I guess that's the new model for customer service... I wish Mission hired folks who were OCD instead of lazy smartasses. Or just hired people who paid basic attention to detail. I don't have crazy standards, but I expect to get my car washed for the money I pay. An untrained 13-year-old would probably do a better job, and not offer up the insult to make sure I left rethinking my decision to patronize this business. They are supposed to be the "professionals". They spent a lot of money on their fancy remodel - too bad they didn't spend it on training/retaining good workers. I shouldn't have to QC my car wash, but this place has taught me that I have to. It has also taught me that consumer feedback is important - for both the business owners and prospective customers. I appreciate these people are probably paid minimum wage, and I'd happily tip aggressively if they did a good job, but this place is just decent. Every time I leave, I feel like I got a half-assed job. Every time. My advice to Mission Hand Car Wash - Hire someone to inspect the cars after the crew is done, to make sure they've done a decent job BEFORE you turn it over to the customer. It's not rocket science. It might just save your business... read more

I am so happy to be updating this review with more positive feedback and a much cleaner car :) The owner of Mission Hand Car Wash reached out to me personally after my previous review to apologize for the bad experience and offered for me to come back and have a complimentary car wash. He was a very polite man who also offered a refund if I didn't want to return. Seeing that I am all about second chances, I took my car in to be washed again. This time around my car was MUCH cleaner, there were no spots left on my paint or windshield and the interior was vacuumed a lot better. Both times I waited for no more than 20 minutes, and I felt that my car really got the TLC it deserved with the platinum package the second time around. All in all I am very happy with the customer service that I received from the owner of the car wash and the quality of my second wash. I'm hoping that the car wash team has been working on better, more quality washing and inspection. My only reason for 4 stars is that the girls at the front desk are less than friendly every time I have been here and screech out car makes and models that are done with their wash in a really abrupt and harsh tone. read more

I hate to say this, but every time I end up at this car wash, I ask myself why I continue to go there. Love the little gift shop, and the people are super friendly, but the attention to detail is lacking. My car had some food spill and I took my car to be cleaned shampooed and vacuumed. To my disappointment the job was incompletely done, No shampoo, coffee holder not wiped trunk left alone not even vacuumed. I pay $30. and asked this young man to please shampooed that spill, He refused he was rude and asked if I pay another $70. I left very disappointed and went to another car wash in town to do the job and they did a great job. OK. So now I'm going here. This is my 4th Car Wash place since moving to Sonoma County 10 years ago. I won't name the others I don't go to anymore. They were good. Then they weren't. Then they were kind of better, then not great. Maybe is just a common cycle with car washes. Anyway, Auto Pride, I literally accidentally pulled into trying to get back on 101 and found myself in their parking lot. I was like, whatever, it's Saturday and my car's dirty. They got me through quick. It was like $35 for the #3 out of 4 options. I was really happy, especially since my dog had an anxiety attack in my car the other day and shed like crazy. The next weekend I took my wife's car down there. She was super happy and said it looked like new. I'm going to keep on going and finger crossed, I break the car wash cycle. read more

I like to take my car here when I am in town. They are always friendly, quick, and thorough.

I should have consulted Yelp first. Showed up and was left waiting for service. I can get over that. When the truck came out and the guys finished, I immediately noticed an obvious film of dirt on several places including the driver's door. Grass still hanging from the wheel well area and a large area of dirt on the fender. The wheels appear to be untouched. I do not think that is what a touchless car wash is about. . I also had new dirt on the interior that was not there when I came in. Thanks a lot. Got in and realized the FOB (Keys) we missing. Took them a while to find them. Not worth the money. read more

I use to take my car here all the time but the last 4 times I've gone it gets worse. My car is constantly not vacuumed correctly. I always try to clean out all the junk and trash in the car so they can vacuum the side of my seats or by the floor mats however it never gets done. My car was really dirty from driving through vineyards for the last 2 weeks, so I was relieved to have some time to get it washed. I paid $40 for the "Gold" package which sounded very thorough. Once I was outside and saw the crew cleaning my car, right away I noticed they seemed to move very slow and seemed very disengaged. I didn't think much of it because I like to trust that people know what they're doing if I'm paying for the service. After my car was ready I tipped them $5 and got in, to notice immediately that 2 areas in the front seat had not been touched and were still very dirty. I'm a shy person and don't like to point out issues but this time I did, because I wanted the car to feel clean. So I got out and asked someone to please wipe those areas down which they did- all is forgiven. Until I got home and opened my trunk. It was filthy!! They clearly had not bothered to wipe down the lining of the trunk which was thick with dirt. Too late to fix it now as they are closed so I'll have to clean it myself.
