Everytime I come here this one female cashier is always acting like she's never seen me. Cards me everytime for like the past 50 packs of cigarettes. I forgot my wallet today and lo and behold, she don't know me. I just needed a lighter. Can't beat store policy, but it is considering good customer service for a cashier to recognize a regular patron. Also their Krispy Krunchy, while tasting good, is stale and hard like they've been in there overnight. So the morning continues with me driving down the road to the former 7-11. The second I step up to the cashier he immediately pulls my brand of cigarettes and asks me if I'm skipping the coffee. I laugh and tell him to add it for me. I really just needed a lighter today, but the sense of being recognized is still very much appreciated from some these days especially in the mornings when people tend to be in a hurry and a bit stressed. Need some gas to get back to Napa I've got a temporary card at the moment that most gas pumps won't take. Looked up this gas station says 24 hours but in fact it closes from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. that would not be 24 hours so I'm about to run out of gas and I've got to just keep going down the road and trying every gas station that claims they're open at 24 hours but they actually aren't read more

Chevron Station here is nice and clean. when it opened, it was also cheap. regular and diesel were near the cheapest in town. no more.fillups here since they changed their pricing. diesel is .30 higher than downtown. regular at 3.49 isn't a bad price for chevron gas. read more

I began to write this review months ago and never posited . I stopped by the station for a quick car wash before picking up a friend. The employees seemed nice enough at first until the point during which one discovered that I drive a convertible. Now, why this is a an issue I am not aware, but here are the high points: You drive a Fiat? Why did you buy that and not a Miata? Did you know that Miata makes your car? Your car is really just a Miata, you know. I used to drive a Fiat! Do you know what it stands for? (Followed by two acronyms I've heard hundreds and hundreds of times over the course of my life) Evidently, my annoyed facial expression was not taken as a signal to stop. The employees continued to disparage my vehicle in front of a packed store - how that's related to their jobs, I'm not sure. After giving the store or a quick phone call afterwards in order to try to talk it over with someone, who displayed complete and utter confusion as to why that would be inappropriate, I need the choice to turn to Yelp instead. I once worked in customer service and am surprised at what is acceptable these days. I'm sorry Chevron's employees aren't feeling empowered and secure enough in their lives to give good service. Every time I come here I am shocked at the lack of intelligence of the employees. I'm even more shocked at their rudeness. I won't take space with the last encounter; but tonight I wanted to redeem my rewards. I checked in at the kiosk by the register and it said I had three. Cashier told me I needed 5. I said no I don't, he said yes you do I said no, and I hit the button that said redeem. I selected the snickers but I had m&m's. Painfully long tooth pulling, I mean discussion later he would not let ne take my m&m's I HAD to exchange them for a snickers because it would bake his reports look bad at the end of the night. If I had a choice I would never come back unfortunately in this area it's the only late night option. Chevron managers, if you hear me, you NEED BETTER TRAINING for your employees. Remove anything dried or stuck first with the cleaning squeegee when you are filling up your car. It'll get the gunk off, and more gently than "touch full" car wash, too. - Touchless car washes are best when used often. When your car gets too dirty, use a manual wash first. - If it doesn't work well, ask for a redo code. Most touchless car washes (including this one) are kind enough to let you go again. Mucho stars for that. - Anybody with a dark car must use a touchless car wash to keep their vehicle's surface looking best. They've got a great *touchless* car wash system. It's truly touchless! For $5, you get a complete wash, although it is not that thorough. The clerk said the $5 wash is just a "touch-up" wash, but that wasn't clear to me because it's called "Express". The $7 and $9 washes apparently do a better job. read more

I just went here on my lunch at work because I work down the street and I REALLY needed a car wash but I had so many things to do after work that I figured I could just go on my lunch. Not impressed. This place sucks. You pay at an automated machine and you CAN'T see which buttons are for which car wash you want. I randomly picked a button and hoped it was the one I wanted, luck for me it was. It didn't get off all the bird poop off my car and the dyer sucks. I have a lot of water spots on my windows. I won't go here again. read more

I like coming here because it has quick freeway access to Hwy 12 and Stony Point, good clean Chevron gas, and has a fairly fast automated carwash. I can get my gas, roll through the carwash and be back on the road in a few minutes. I pay the two bucks extra and get the best wash. it actually seems to last a bit longer. I think it's the RainX wash. Staff inside is very nice. read more

My review is on the carwash. I have a dark colored truck and use this touchless laser car wash every weekend. My truck gets very dirty by the first workday of the week, and continues to cake on the dirt & dust throughout the week. This carwash effectively removes the dirt & gets her looking fresh out of the paint booth. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star, was because the angles of the driers (overhead mounted) don't provide air to blow off my truck bed sides. This causes me to have to hand dry the entire bed of the truck, so that I don't get water spots. If there were additional air blowers, mounted on the sides, I'd give this place a 5 star review without a doubt. read more

I decided to stop at this location to grab a bottle of water and when I opened the door to the water cooler a bottle of Voss water fell out and soaked me. When I went around the spill to find an employee I was approached and yelled at by an employee for not letting him know when I was clearly going to the front counter to alert someone. I was totally humiliated and I will no longer be a Chevron customer and I have cancelled my Chevron Extra Miles card. Right off of Highway 12 easy to access also with in a shopping center. Staff have always been friendly and store and restrooms kept very clean. It is nice to have the option to have your car washed but I have yet to use the service. read more

Only touchless car wash on this side of town. Does a pretty good job if you order the $12 dollar wash. Bathrooms very clean for a busy gas station. Speaking of busy, gets little crazy trying to pull in and out during peek hours. Convenient, right before the highway 12 on ramp. read more

On Easter Sunday, I pumped $5 worth of gas, but mainly just wanted a car wash, so paid the additional $9 for the best wash at the pump. The receipt never came out (with the code needed for the wash) so I had to go inside to the attendant. He said that it didn't charge me for the car wash, only the gas - so I paid the $9 inside. Well, as you can probably guess, I was charged $9 TWICE ($14 at the pump and $9 inside). To add insult to injury, this "touchless" car wash is a piece of junk. My car is still dirty - I can see the hand prints that were there before. I'm going back today to try and get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. Update: I did get my money back, but in hindsight, I should have probably asked for the other $9 I paid for the car wash that did not clean my car. First visit here will end up being my last! read more

I have been going here for years with no problems, but last night something happened that will keep me from EVER going there again.... I pulled up to pump #8, walked inside to pre-pay for $25 in gas. I paid in cash & confirmed with him twice that it was pump #8. I went back out to pump my gas, but the screen kept saying "wait for pump authorization", so I waited a few more minutes & then went back inside to see what was going on. He fiddled around with the register for a minute & then told me he put the $25 credit on pump #7 instead of #8. During that time, the person on pump #7 had used $15 of my $25 credit. So, he said all he could do was transfer my remaining $10 to my pump, but I was basically just out of luck on the remaining $15. I couldn't believe what I was hearing & the people behind me in line were chiming in about how that wasn't right at all. I asked for a manager, but it turns out the guy I was dealing with was the OWNER. So, after him repeatedly refusing to give me my $15, I went out, pumped the $10 credit I had remaining & left. So, the bottom line is that they essentially stole $15 from me. I still don't understand how he could do that to me. My husband is going in there this morning to talk with the guy, but if he doesn't agree to give us a refund, then I WILL be telling everyone I know in Santa Rosa to NEVER go to that gas station. And just to kick me while I was already down, I had used my Safeway club card gas points for a 20¢ per gallon discount & there's no way to get those back, so I got cheated out of those too. All in all, just a miserable experience. Save yourself the risk of getting ripped off & go somewhere else. read more
