I have never been more insulted in my life. Two days ago, I bought two(2) Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches. Like I've done a couple of dozen times at that location. I ate 1 the day I bought them then went to San francisco, where I live leaving the other one in my mother's freezer until I returned today. When I opened it after dinner (see pictures) and saw one of the cookies wasn't even baked, Just flattened out dough. I thought it felt a little thin when I bought it, but didn't care. I've had them partially melted before. No big deal, I decided to bring it back. Shouldn't be a problem right. Well, first thing this ice hole does is blame me for not having kept it in freezer for two days. Really!?!? Tho farg'n ejit can't acknowledge the fact that one of the cookies ISN'T F'N COOKED. Long story short, this product of family members being a little too close with each other refused to return my money or exchange it for an edible product. All of this was said under some incredibly racist under his breath comments. I feel sorry for the people who frequent this pathetic excuse for convenience. It's fart from that. It's only a couple of dollars but I guarantee, when I'm done reporting this service they'll wish they gave me an exchange. BBB next, followed by the Press Democrat, followed by the health department, etc,etc,etc. You get the picture. Do yourselves a favor, go to Loop down on 4th. Much cleaner. read more

Some good deals on take out food but the workers are inconsistent preparing the food.

I go to the 7/11 on Maple or Santa Rosa Ave. I've had good experiences at both the employees are always helpful. You can always tell who is enjoying there work more and most of the employees do enjoy themselves.The only criticism I have is sometimes watch the price, it doesn't always match what's posted. read more

7-11 has "so so" pricing for convenience items. (actually high if comparatively shopping, but who shops comparatively at 7-11?) it's the convenience thing. avoid the ready to eats, too much chemicals coffee barely acceptable, still better than the donut places brew: sm coffee (1.35?) drips: -lots of parking in front. read more

I had been coming to this store for the last several years, and I would fill up my own cup with ice and buy a big gulp with soda to add to my cup little by little so it doesn't get watery. They have always given me free ice in my own cup, but a couple visits back a new guy, 30's with an accent (not sure of his homeland I have poor hearing so all accents sound almost the same to me), told me an extra .50 for the ice. Never happy when charged more than expecting, especially when it isn't posted anywhere on the machine, I paid and went on my way. The next few times in It wasn't this guy and again not charged for my ice, happy again. Tonight he is back and now the cost for the ice is up to $1.00, and still nothing posted on the machine. I can understand charging if I use your cup vs. my own, I can even live with .25 to .50 for ice in my own cut, just post it! What I can not abide is roulette ring up, will I have enough? Should I always bring extra cash so if the guy is in a bad mood I can cover the new indiscriminate dollar amount he pulls out of his ... This store use to have a 5 star rating from me, now it's 1 star and I will avoid it like the plague. read more

I was absolutely horrified that I was assaulted by a worker here, I simply had asked for her name because she was being very unprofessional and rude. And she refused to give me her name so I took out my phone to take a picture of her or a video so I had proof of what she was doing and when I did that she threw water in my face and also got it it got on my phone and it broke my phone from the water damage I believe she's like one of the only female that works there like Hair probably in her 30s I made a police report and I am waiting to hear back and I am trying to Reach the manager he's not in until two weeks from now but I want to make sure she gets fired it is not OK to install your customers and break their property and have her still work there it's ridiculous and it's not right I plan to sue if no actions are taken. Clean, well light, I always get in and out quickly -- of course that is the point of a 7-11 right? Prices are fair, considering you are paying for convenience. My only reservation is that the folks working there are always a bit reserved. I try to be friendly and make a little small talk when I buy things. After all, why shouldn't I be nice to them, right? They never seem to smile back -- but then maybe I would not smile either if I worked a 7-11. :) read more

Always nice friendly staff. I get these little donuts here. I usually have a few bites of a donut so one of these are perfect. Always fresh, even later afternoon. Not sure where they get them but would love to know. All have a different filling. The store is Always kept clean, and staff is always working. I have seen other stores who don't. read more

They stole my girlfriends iPhone and refused to give it back when we loaded the find my iPhone app. We could here the phone going off and they blatantly pretended not to hear it. We called the police and as soon as the cop was in the phone popped up. It was hidden in a drawer under the cash register. The employee pretended not to see it when we could hear it ringing when he opened it. By far the worst 7-11 experience I've ever had read more

What can one say about a seven-eleven? This family owned outfit does what these places do, and deserve support of the surrounding community. The American flags outside are a chilling reminder of the lengths to which immigrants to the U.S. from eastern cultures must go to be accepted and not hassled (or worse).
