First time customer. There was already quite a line to get service. Looked certainly promising. When I got to the front, I looked over the options and paid for the Platinum option (middle of the pack, priced at $45). While my car was being cleaned, I sat outside and worked on stuff. About 20, maybe 30 minutes, my car was done. It was just "meh" for the price. There were still dirt under and around the wipers, which made me think that they didn't bother to lift it up and wipe there. The inside was the same -- the backs of the seats and cup holders were still dirty, the center console still streaky, and the headrests on the backseat still had remnants of dog slobber. Platinum wash- They didn't wipe several surfaces, barely wiped the tires leaving dry dirty tires, didn't clean floor mats, didn't wipe the top of the back seats leaving just a bunch of dust. They are usually good in the past. Although not perfect I understand if some things need to be done (re-run) and they are pretty good about it without having to wait long. This time around they asked me to line up and wait to get the car re-vacc. It was like running two cars. The waiting time is not good for a job that wasn't done well enough. read more

For a place named Auto Pride, I'd expect them to have a little more pride in their work. On October 18th, I paid $45 for the platinum wash. As you can tell from the pictures, they neglected the entire inside of my car. The dash still has ash on it from the fire. They didn't even wipe down my leather seats. I went for a platinum service at the auto pride car wash off college ave. in Santa Rosa. As soon as the service was complete, I noticed a brand new scrape on the back right side of my car. It was so fresh the paint was still hanging off. I brought to a worker attention and he got his manager. The manager came out and flat just said theres no way that could happen. Nothing they could do. Upon further investigation, there are 4 different marks on the right rear of my car. You can clearly see that they took the right turn too close and scraped my car!!!!! worst of all denied it when it was evident it had just been done! These people are snakes!!!! This is my 4th time going to this location and it will be my last. I bought the $39 wash and it came out looking worse than when it went in. I even had to borrow a rag to wipe down console and gear shift. I was in a hurry so I didn't notice just how awful it was going to be. The rear window was covered in spots as if they didn't even attempt to wipe it down. The dash board is covered in dust that I'll need to clean myself now. The rear view mirror is covered in visible fingerprints and the hood of the car still has yellow specks of pollen that were there before I took it in. Because of the terrible experience I've had at this location before, I asked that they pay attention to the tires and getting it dry so it wouldn't spot. Those two things were fine, but they forgot about the rest of the car. I live in Sebastopol so I can't just turn around and complain so Yelp it is. If you don't pay for the highest price they don't do a good job and even when you do for the price your car should be perfect and it's not. How disturbing! Dont pay the $60 monthly subscription. It's so not worth it. They wont make sure your car is disinfected. They dont care about you. I tip great, just when they actually want to clean and make your car safe during the coronavirus, for you. They wont give you that kind of service here. The only thing good about this place was there out door seating area. They did a terrible job. Walking up to my truck , which is white you could visibly seen mud chunks plain as day. I purposely did not say anything and stood right in eye range to see if the employees would see it and they played dumb. Definitely flunked the quality control test and I will never go back. I also noticed they have a bunch of people barely cleaning the vehicle just looked like some of them were trying to waist time. Definitely don't waist your money here. read more

Nobody even noticed that I grabbed towels out of my trunk and started cleaning the exterior myself after they claimed to be done with the work. The guy waxing the car didn't even cover the whole car. I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't even bother reporting to management as they weren't even paying attention to the workmanship of their employees doing a less than perfect job. read more

They did a great job at washing my car it did take over two hours from what they told me I was only gonna take two hours and my car seats are pretty still wet and soapy and overall I did a good job of cleaning my car. I don't know what they did with my cupholder thing that I had in there that came with my car but I'm not worried about it. I wish they hadn't thrown all my things into a bag because I had clean masks in my backseat and they weren't dirty and I was thrown with a whole bunch of dirty stuff and garbage. read more

The guy who checks you in said they use Maguires on the interior when I left, it was slathered with greasy armor all all over the interior and got all over the exterior of the car. This place sucks. The person at the front negotiates differently for every customer then over promises and under delivers. When I complained that my car took longer than I was told and that it was still dirty, the manager gave me a smeared business card for a make-up car wash. When I came in for the make-up car wash, instead of making it better they made it worse. My car sat in the back while I watched customer after customer who came after me get their car before me. When I asked the kid at the desk he said "I don't really know what going on back there. It should have been done by now." I went to the back myself and saw they hadn't even started on my car. Admittedly, my family member la car was getting washed and it was pretty dirty, but nothing out of the ordinary. Really wanted the interior windows washed and a decent vacuum job, but the windows were not well cleaned and the floors were not either. For $20 I'd have been satisfied, but this was just done slowly (30 minutes) and poorly. Streaky windows with spray residue still, floor mats were very wet ("park it in the sun and they'll dry faster" was the advice before I got in the car, wet mats to the point you could hear they squish when stepping on them. read more

I got the $31.99 wash...the least expensive one... when i got my car back the inside wasnt touched at all.. all the garbage, french fries and crap everywhere (hence the car wash) when i spoke to the manager he was shocked and asked if he could push it through again... I said yes of course, i want a clean car, aaaand I already gave him $5 tip..... not even deserved... Came back after i helped pull trash out, doors were not wiped down center console was not wiped... I asked if the inside was part of the price, he said not really I need to get the Gold package which was like $30 more...are you serious????? if you want a clean car do not go here!!! I have taken all my cars to this location throughout the years and have been pleased with the service I received. If they ever miss a spot, you can politely point it out and they will promptly address it. Though, I can honestly say that's only occurred maybe three times in all the years I have gone. The staff treat me extremely well and are just very friendly. Their prices are fair for the service you are getting. This is not a day-long detail for your car. It is a relatively straightforward quick service to keep your vehicle reasonably clean and tidy. I would recommend going during non-peak hours, otherwise you might be in for a bit of a wait. Just look at the car lines before you pull in and commit. The staff who take your car wash order are always working so hard, yet they are so kind. In contrast, I once went elsewhere and my new car wound up badly scratched. I will not make that mistake again. I have also gone to detail shops and paid five times more than here, but my car looked pretty much the same. In all, i am happy with this business and will go for years to come. read more

I normally don't go to car washes as most aren't up to par. Today I made an exception as it was way too hot to be out in the sun. I stopped by and decided to go with the Platinum wash package thinking it would yield a better wash. When my car was ready, I couldn't believe my eyes. I couldn't believe how poor of a job they did in just washing the exterior. Whatever solution (blue) they used to wash the car, was still EVERYWHERE around the car. How could you not see that and deemed it ready? The interior was literally untouched. As i pulled away towards the sidewalk, they flagged me down saying they forgot to do the wheels and tire. I stopped and waited as they finished up. When they did, the wheels weren't even touched. For $36 + tax, I feel like a drive through carwash would have done a better job, minus the wait. I decided to ball out and get a car wash today, so I got the Gold special (in retrospect, it should have been called the manure special). I dropped my car off in their vacuum section and walked inside to pay my "Gold special." There was no line, so I paid and walked out. I peeked over and my car was already getting out of being rinsed (red flag #1). The car was then wiped for about 2 minutes by two guys, then it was one or two guy walking by and doing some sort of random wiping (red flag #2). Then my car sat there for about 5 minutes and they called it. I got in my car and this guy was like, oops, miss a spot, so I'm like cool it's pretty clean. SIKE! The front end was dirty as a pig, my windows still had bugs on it, the back side had a layer of dust that was being muddied by the water they haven't wiped, there were spots they missed everywhere. I called and they were really apologetic. I brought it back the 2nd time, and I watched them wash the other cars this time. In the span of 4 minutes, I witnessed TWO customers received their car and started cleaning all the spots they missed. I witnessed several employees wiping a perfectly clean upper panel while the lower panel had visible mud streaks from 20 feet away. "Black Volvo!" they yelled as the lower panel looked like it just went off road. Then, I got my car back, it still had half the spots I pointed out that they missed. Who are these people? My 9 year old sister washed my car better than these people. Why do they overcharge and under perform? I know, I'm not being picky because I've paid fraction less for better service. read more
