I empathize with the fact they had an issue getting the two front ones off. The reason for being irritated is the fact that normally having them check the air is free. I had a tip ready for them and the guy who checked the tires tells me his boss is mad because it was taking too long to get the two stem covers off, then proceeded to tell me it was going to now cost me $20 plus tax was added. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. Had I known I wouldn't have had them do it. I previously gave 5 stars but today I feel like they did me dirty. So I won't be returning.

My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. After I paid for the services performed, Rich informed me that "the Control Arm was still under warranty," and they replaced it free of charge, as it was a safety issue. While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait for the team to finish serving a walk-in just before my appointment. I paid 4500 cash for a truck with a snow plow that overheated less than 30 minutes after driving it off the lot. The owner Mike said he couldn't do anything about it, and also refused to give us the title to the truck saying that he no longer owned the business. Terrible con-man. 4500 for absolutely nothing but headaches and grief. No remorse, didn't even try to make things right.
