Bobby gave me a super reasonable price and said he'd be able to get the truck in the next business day. He completed the work within hours and then was able to accommodate my schedule on when to pick up my truck. He also recommended that I get my rear brakes replaced as well, but did not push or pressure. He also sent pictures of my old brakes and kept me informed throughout the process. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time to replace the rears. You can tell Bobby cares about his clients and providing them the best service and price which is extremely appreciated.

This shop is good in terms of being friendly and attending to you on time. The major set back for…read morethis shop is that their work are not guarantee, that means they may do something for you today and you have any complaint about it the next day; they will expect you to pay for their labor again. This doesn't make any sense to me. Even a mobile workshop guarantee whatever they do on your car for a lease 1yr. These guys will guarantee the parts they use on your car, which is the manufacture warrantee, but they won't give you any warranty for labor. I feel if they know they are doing a good job for their customers, they should have no problem giving their customers warranty for the job they did. This is my main reason of giving them 4 stars. The bottom line is that you should be aware that when you take your car to this shop for any repair you won't get any warranty for the job they will do on your car and this may end up costing you a lot more if they don't do job right the first time.

I called them up, they told me to drop the car off and gave me a timeline for when they would look at it and contact me back. And, as always, they followed through. They told me what the problem was, what the timeline and estimated price would be, and asked if I wanted to proceed. They contacted me and got my car back in exactly the timeline they provided. I keep coming back here because the expertise is matched by compassion. Don't be put off by the location, the good quality of work they do has been consistent and reliable for me for well over a decade. Their pricing is reasonable and I have never been dissatisfied with their work.

Their promises are empty--don't trust them under any circumstances. My car started shaking while idling, so I brought it to their shop. They quoted me $600 for a throttle body replacement, and I authorized the repair. However, things quickly went downhill from there. They began misrepresenting the condition of their work, claiming they had driven the car and the issue persisted, which required them to keep the car for the weekend. After two days, they finally called to inform me that the timing chain had failed, resulting in catastrophic engine failure and the car won't start. They quoted me $1,800 to fix the timing chain. Frustrated with their dishonesty, I had the car towed. A subsequent diagnosis from the dealership confirmed that the engine is damaged and needs to be replaced.

I've dealt with Bruce and his team of mechanics at My Car Guy Auto Repair several times, and to say that they are best would be an understatement. They give honest, upfront estimates of what needs to be repaired before they do any work your vehicle, which is at a far better price than most dealerships or other auto repair businesses offer. Bruce, and his team have extensive experience with all makes of Honda and Toyota vehicles. As an ASE Master Certified Technician specializing in Honda products, he strongly recommends using authentic auto parts from these two trusted brands, and not generic, third-party manufacturers. Likewise, I've had my Civic tuned up and it runs like a champ, at less than half the price quoted by three other auto shops in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area. No matter what the make or model of vehicle you own, be it domestic or foreign, Bruce and his team of dedicated mechanics will repair it no matter what the problem is. The only kind of service he doesn't provide are front-end alignments. However, this may change in the future.
