Price is great! They quoted $220. Mr. Glass quoted $655. Safelite quoted $905. Mr. Glass and…read moreSafelite both insisted that recalibration of the sensors is required. Chris advised, "usually not required, unless the damage is due to an accident." The $220 includes a lifetime warranty for wind and water leaks. I have one small gripe. They removed my windshield before verifying that the (one) windshield they had in-stock was usable. It was not usable - chipped. Thankfully they were able to find another windshield at a nearby distributor. The repair was completed only 45 minutes late. It was frustrating watching other customers arrive and depart while I waited. The downsides? Sketchy neighborhood = low rent. Waiting room is spartan and not exactly tidy. No coffee. No WiFi. No TV. Yard sale seating. But saving $400-$700 makes these inconveniences ... irrelevant. Will I use MCAG again? Yes! (But I would not let my wife go there alone.)

You can see where they missed treating the paint. Windows were wiped on the interior side but left streaky, not clean. Chrome was not done and plastic was poorly treated if at all. Workmanship was substandard, especially considering the price. Chrome: particularly the wheels. Before: Dave pointed at them and said he'd take care of them. After: He said chrome isn't included in the $600 price. He claimed he meant the wheels would be "washed", and that's all they did. Still brake dust on the chrome wheels. Never said there was a more complete package that would actually include the chrome. Black plastic trim. Before: Dave said it would be back to black, not the stuff you buy in the auto parts store. What they use is better. It will be black I was told. After: It looked grey like it hadn't even been treated. Dave said if the plastic soaks up the treatment there's nothing he can do about that. Refused to do anything more. My trim is not black. I have used more effective black plastic treatments for auto parts stores. Use a better product or at least wipe the plastic one more time. Excuses and refusal is all I got. Did not even come close to delivering what was promised.

My insurance sent me here after I had been rear ended, all seemed good at first, they got my car in…read morequick. I had asked them to do an alignment on it because it wasn't steering properly and it's a brand new car with under 5k miles so I obviously wanted it straightened out. They said they would look at it and get it fixed up. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and on Friday they were calling me telling me the car was still missing a piece but they wanted me to pick it up anyway (yeah I'm not picking up an incomplete car just to fit their time quotas). They suddenly had the back ordered part it was missing a few minutes later and were able to complete it so I went and picked it up that Friday. The alignment was still off from first driving it away but I decided to have my dealership fix it when i went in for an oil change a few weeks later figuring they'd do a better job anyway. At the dealer I was told that my car still had a bent axel arm from the accident, something that them running an alignment immediately told them. So my question is did Minsers completely miss the $1700 of damage this was or did they find it and decide it wasn't important enough to fix (I'm not sure which is worse). I then called my insurance company and they told me I had to take my car back to Minsers despite my objections. I took the car back the day after the dealer found the damage and was told they would get it fixed up. After I had dropped it off I got a call from them informing me there were allegedly scratches on my wheel insinuating I had further damaged the vehicle not related to the accident. I'm not sure what was going on with that or what they were trying to pull but I obviously had not damaged my vehicle and the call ended with that. I got my car back today and it appears to be fixed and driving like new again which I appreciate (and expect). I looked at all of my wheels and there are no scratches to be found which is interesting to me as there we're supposed "fresh" scratches on a wheel. All in all yes my car is now fixed after bringing it to them twice. They seemed to use genuine GM parts which is also a positive. Although I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and possibly scam me due to me being a young woman and not knowledgeable about cars. Pictures to show that the damage wasn't even that extreme.
