As someone extremely meticulous about car maintenance, I have high standards. They delivered flawless work - exceptional wax job, every door frame and crevice meticulously cleaned, and the interior looks amazing. They even got out a makeup stain around the mirror that I was sure was permanent - seriously impressive. It rained while I drove home and watching the water bead on the hydrophobic coating was beautiful! My car looks like new. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality work and attention to detail.

I think it's really cool, so I used the Yelp Projects tool to aid me in locating a professional…read moreauto glass company to replace my windshield. I received a few quotes with varying prices and couldn't decide, therefore I also did a Google search of reviews of the various places to help me make my decision of where to take my vehicle. GP, which is 45 mins away from my home, and an hour in traffic from my work, quoted me a flat rate with parts and labor included, which was $20 more than a shop in my neighborhood. The removal and install was fast, and the gentleman was very professional. My bill was actually $20 more than the flat rate quoted. Therefore, I ended up paying $40 more than I would have paid had I gone to a local shop, 1hour 45 mins driving, and a 1/4 tank of gas. Pricey lesson learned. However, I'm grateful that my windshield is fixed before winter. I recommend this location for folks who live in the area. It's clean with a comfortable waiting room. Also, if you're low in cash, make sure you know that "flat rate" doesn't mean the same to everyone. Use the Project tool to receive quotes, etc, but do extra homework and know exactly how much a service will cost you in exact pricing, considering your travel (gas) expenses, and time when comparing.

A quick Google search at a rest stop found Auto 1 near my final destination in Berkley. I called not realizing that it was already after hours, Mike called me right back from his cell phone and asked me to send him a pic of my VIN. The next day he called me again and said that my windshield was on order and should be in just as I arrived in Michigan. He got the glass replaced it for me quickly and was very professional and polite. The next day I noticed a weird defect in the glass so I called Mark again and without hesitation he said to give him a couple days to order another windshield. He called me back and installed the other new windshield a few days later and it is perfect! Hands down, choose Auto 1 in Berkley every time.

I was down the street while he was working and could literally see my car shining from the end of the block. The pictures speak for themselves. Look how clean my car is. These regular car washes could never. His pricing was also very affordable compared to several other detailers I contacted in the area. People are seriously missing out and need to book him. We will definitely be using Detail Finesse again.
