Got into a little tiff with a FedEx truck one fateful day when it decided to stop right in front of me to make deliveries, right smack in the middle of a stop sign, several feet away from the curb where it should've stopped instead. I was sandwiched behind the truck and cars behind me, leaving me no option but to squeeze in between the truck and the curb. Ended up scratching my car against the truck's loading platform, two months after I bought it :( I got estimates from several places and was quoted from $3-5k to replace the entire door panel. A car buddy of mine then referred me to Bruce, who quoted me a lot less to repair the scratch instead of urging me to replace the door panel. I'm really satisfied with their work; they washed/waxed my car and even dressed the tires upon pickup. They pay attention to detail and noticed one of my mud flaps was missing (might've popped off from hitting a pothole during the heavy rains) and offered to help me install new ones when I get the replacements. I don't often write reviews because truthfully, it is time-consuming. But I must write this review and give credit when it is due for my remarkable experience dealing with Auto Network. The service I received from Bruce, one of the owners, has been nothing short of excellence. The front left door of my car was badly damaged. It was an old car and because I wanted to save some money, I decided to hire some guy from Facebook who claimed to be able to replace my door with a huge discount. He promised me he would do a very good job. It was my fault as I should have known better, "If it is too good to be true, it probably isn't." Sure enough, I was scammed. The door replacement job was sloppy with many door parts missing afterward. And the worst of all, I paid the guy in full and he disappears. I worried that the door was not securely installed because it was grinding with the front fender every time I opened the door and a pop sound surfaced. I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. So I went to Auto Network today. Thank God, I found Bruce. He was the one who helped me with my previous auto body repairs before. Bruce is memorable as he is supportive, understanding, and responsive to my concerns. Despite he was busy, he found time to check my car door and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation and what could be done. It turns out, the cost of completely redoing everything like the door, body panel, and body frame likely will cost more than, if not, as much as what the car is worth. Instead of trying to sell me a high-cost repair job, he recommended not spending that kind of money and just fixing the minimum so that the door will safely function. OMG! This is what I called honesty and genuine customer care. Bruce worked on my car patiently. He was very skillful in what he was doing. The wires were tangled and messed up inside the door panel. Bruce reorganized them the way they are supposed to. It was about lunchtime, and rather than asking me to wait or come back after lunch, he continued to finish the work, thus he was late for his lunch. This is true dedication. When all was said and done, my car door opens nice and easy now. In short, I can't speak for the service of every staff at Auto Net Body Shop, though so far, everyone I encountered is cordial. But Bruce certainly, is one of a kind. I am grateful for his willingness and enthusiasm to help when I really needed his assistance the most. I certainly trust the quality of their work. Lastly, I don't agree with some of the Yelp reviews which claimed that ONLY if you drive an expensive car, otherwise, you won't be treated pleasantly. In my opinion, this is not true because even though I drive an old 2004 Acura, when I enter the shop, I am consistently being treated respectfully and valued as a customer. On a recommendation from a trusted friend in the auto business, we took a white 2009 Lexus IS350 to Auto Network. It had a quarter sized ding in the rear bumper and Auto Network fixed it like brand new in about 3-4 business days. This is the place to get some quality cheap paint! I know, I know, quality and cheap don't go together, but sometimes something magical happens and then just come together in one place. Okay, that was corny... BUT anyway... This is a typical Chinese operated auto body shop which means price is highly relationship based and you often deal with cash under the table. It also means that first impressions seem a bit shady, but in the end your part is painted and looking clean! At least for me it is. Whenever I have a part for my car or my friend's car that needs to be painted I bring it here. Look for Bruce. A lot of people come here to get their cars painted one of a kind colors, which is cool. I see project cars here all the time. The guys that work here treat this shop like home, it's like their always there. The only thing I have against this place is that It's pretty hard to find someone, since no one seems to know where everyone else is, everyone has their own jobs whether it be masking off a car, painting, playing Mah Jong or collecting money. Here, you get more than you pay for because Aaron and his crew do good work for a good price. Even though Aaron is always busy, he and his crew are able to get the work done quickly. This review is for the paint job from last year. My car had been having some paint chips on the hood, and over the years it just get worse with more and bigger spots. The spots without paint even began to rust. I tried to fix it myself by using a paint pen I bought from car dealer but didn't work. Luckily a friend who's been using their services for years recommended this place. The owner Bruce is super nice and actually suggested to me that I didn't have to "waste" the money to fix the paint chips since my car isn't new or fancy. But I decided to fix it. Got recommended to this place by a friend. Like most people, I had been extremely leery about finding a good price AND a reasonable quality for auto repair. I can honestly say this place did not disappoint. Quotes I got in Fullerton and Brea to replace my front bumper and fix massive cosmetic damage on the right side of my Lexus IS250 ranged as high as $5600! I was expecting something a lot more reasonable, and that is what I got here. They finished the job in less time than quoted. Best of all though, was that my car looked just as good as before my accident when I got it back! They even buffed out my rims, which was not included as part of the original quote! Makes me wonder why other places quoted me for several thousand more dollars for the same job??? I got referred to Howard Young when I went. My recent experience was their repair of my 1972 Datsun 240Z after a distracted driving plowed into the front end. This body shop is seriously so AMAZING! The owner, Bruce, and his entire team was really helpful in getting my Chevy Cruze back into tip-top shape. Not only that, they ordered my parts and had the repairs done within 5 days (including the weekend). I was able to keep in constant communication with them and get regular updates on the status of my car. Because I rear-ended someone, I had to get a lot of parts installed. They changed out my radiator, AC condenser, fan, and a ton of other bits and pieces and replaced my cracked bumper with a brand new one. The repairs made my car look as good as new and it drives just as well as before. The day that I picked up my Chevy, they even washed it inside and out. They saved me a lot of trouble by dealing with the parts and my insurance company directly and helped me to save money on the deductible and labor as well. Honestly at first I had a good feeling about this place because they had a couple nice cars parked outside. The guy seemed pretty nice but he was kind of rushed and didn't let me finish describing the damages to my car. After finally getting my car back, he SAID that he fixed the headlights front right fender, side fender, hood, and replaced the battery. It looked good on the outside, I hadn't seen my car for a month so as excited as i was, I drove it off the lot. Foolishly I didn't take the time to properly inspect the car. After arriving home, I opened the hood and noticed i couldn't keep the hood open. They replaced the hood without putting back the device that keeps it open, not only that but they did not replace the battery like he said he had. When i tried to close the hood i had to sit on top of it in order for it to fully close. Sure the car looked good on the outside but there were so many things done wrong. I DO NOT recommend the services from this place, it seems to me like if your not driving an expensive BMW or Mercedes they will LAG and do a Half ass job just to take your money get it done with. thank you auto network, for nothing. read more

The end product is always excellent but how one gets there is Bruce's expertise. If you need non-insurance work or insurance work, Bruce will work the best angle to get the most bang for your buck. The results is that your car will look good as new for a price that is much less than the competition.
