A coworker highly recommend this body shop to me as his and his buddies' go to spot when my 2025 330i was hit and run during the holidays. Jon was exceptionally knowledgeable, demonstrating years of experience throughout the entire process from beginning to end. He went above and beyond in what was possible due to my headlight modules being so new and out of stock for weeks. The completed job was immaculately done & I am very pleased with the process. read more

Got into a little tiff with a FedEx truck one fateful day when it decided to stop right in front of me to make deliveries, right smack in the middle of a stop sign, several feet away from the curb where it should've stopped instead. I was sandwiched behind the truck and cars behind me, leaving me no option but to squeeze in between the truck and the curb. Ended up scratching my car against the truck's loading platform, two months after I bought it :( I got estimates from several places and was quoted from $3-5k to replace the entire door panel. A car buddy of mine then referred me to Bruce, who quoted me a lot less to repair the scratch instead of urging me to replace the door panel. I'm really satisfied with their work; they washed/waxed my car and even dressed the tires upon pickup. They pay attention to detail and noticed one of my mud flaps was missing (might've popped off from hitting a pothole during the heavy rains) and offered to help me install new ones when I get the replacements. I asked for a quote for a little scratch on our other car while I was picking up my car and he ended up helping us with a quick fix on the spot, saving us the $650 that he had quoted. Honest man, honest work, and reasonable prices. I'm lucky to have found Bruce and highly recommend him & his shop for all your auto body needs :) read more

I've known Bruce at this place since the 1990's to present and this is the only shop I would go to for honest work and service. They do Body shop stuff as their main biz, but they also fix cars (Maintence) too. They always give me a great value in pricing. They win me over with trust. I always pay them more than what they ask, because I believe they have earned it. I am not local to them right now, but when I have any concerns or I can make it to them... I schedule an appt to get things done by Bruce. read more

Always very helpful and easy to work with. I always come here whenever my vehicle need maintenance or repairs.

Got recommended this place by a family member after a tragic run in with a big raccoon (RIP). Bruce was super kind and explained everything to us very clearly. Service was surprisingly quick and took a lot less time than we expected. Prices were honest and reasonable as well! Also came with a free wash and wax. Very happy with the outcome and my car looks as good as new! Thanks so much :) read more

Gosh, I've been coming here for years. I've known the owner of this place even before I started driving. Yes, many moons ago, not that I'll disclose my age. Haha. Howard, who is one of the bosses here has taken care of me, my brother, and even my parents during times of auto necessities. He's put my once upon a time lowered noise making rice rocket back together after a few accidents, he currently maintains my vehicle too, such as oil changes, check engine lights, and of course whatever that is needed. His prices are reasonable. Usually average, and maybe sometimes below. But I come here because he's basically like my uncle... Yes, my uncle, don't want to say Grandpa. Hahaha. Howard always gets the job done within a reasonable amount of time depending how busy he gets. Yes, keeping my repairs and network Old Skool. read more

I don't often write reviews because truthfully, it is time-consuming. But I must write this review and give credit when it is due for my remarkable experience dealing with Auto Network. The service I received from Bruce, one of the owners, has been nothing short of excellence. The front left door of my car was badly damaged. It was an old car and because I wanted to save some money, I decided to hire some guy from Facebook who claimed to be able to replace my door with a huge discount. He promised me he would do a very good job. It was my fault as I should have known better, "If it is too good to be true, it probably isn't." Sure enough, I was scammed. The door replacement job was sloppy with many door parts missing afterward. And the worst of all, I paid the guy in full and he disappears. I worried that the door was not securely installed because it was grinding with the front fender every time I opened the door and a pop sound surfaced. I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. So I went to Auto Network today. Thank God, I found Bruce. He was the one who helped me with my previous auto body repairs before. Bruce is memorable as he is supportive, understanding, and responsive to my concerns. Despite he was busy, he found time to check my car door and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation and what could be done. It turns out, the cost of completely redoing everything like the door, body panel, and body frame likely will cost more than, if not, as much as what the car is worth. Instead of trying to sell me a high-cost repair job, he recommended not spending that kind of money and just fixing the minimum so that the door will safely function. OMG! This is what I called honesty and genuine customer care. Bruce worked on my car patiently. He was very skillful in what he was doing. The wires were tangled and messed up inside the door panel. Bruce reorganized them the way they are supposed to. It was about lunchtime, and rather than asking me to wait or come back after lunch, he continued to finish the work, thus he was late for his lunch. This is true dedication. When all was said and done, my car door opens nice and easy now. In short, I can't speak for the service of every staff at Auto Net Body Shop, though so far, everyone I encountered is cordial. But Bruce certainly, is one of a kind. I am grateful for his willingness and enthusiasm to help when I really needed his assistance the most. I certainly trust the quality of their work. Lastly, I don't agree with some of the Yelp reviews which claimed that ONLY if you drive an expensive car, otherwise, you won't be treated pleasantly. In my opinion, this is not true because even though I drive an old 2004 Acura, when I enter the shop, I am consistently being treated respectfully and valued as a customer. To see for yourself, next time you need auto body repair, try Auto Network and speak to Bruce, you won't be disappointed. read more

On a recommendation from a trusted friend in the auto business, we took a white 2009 Lexus IS350 to Auto Network. It had a quarter sized ding in the rear bumper and Auto Network fixed it like brand new in about 3-4 business days. They were about the same price as Auto Werks and about half price of Marco's Auto Body. Excellent customer service. They called when the car was finished, explained everything they did, and made me feel at ease that the car was properly repaired. Highly recommend them if you need auto body work done!!! Next time I have a friend who needs body work done I will recommend them Auto Network! Ask for Bruce!!! read more

This is the place to get some quality cheap paint! I know, I know, quality and cheap don't go together, but sometimes something magical happens and then just come together in one place. Okay, that was corny... BUT anyway... This is a typical Chinese operated auto body shop which means price is highly relationship based and you often deal with cash under the table. It also means that first impressions seem a bit shady, but in the end your part is painted and looking clean! At least for me it is. Whenever I have a part for my car or my friend's car that needs to be painted I bring it here. Look for Bruce. A lot of people come here to get their cars painted one of a kind colors, which is cool. I see project cars here all the time. The guys that work here treat this shop like home, it's like their always there. The only thing I have against this place is that It's pretty hard to find someone, since no one seems to know where everyone else is, everyone has their own jobs whether it be masking off a car, painting, playing Mah Jong or collecting money. Also it's relatively hard to find. Other than that, it's all good and my paint is holding up and matching 100% to my car. I'm happy. read more

I love Aaron and his shop but hate when I have to bring my car in. I've had several of my and my family's cars worked on here, sadly. Normally with body shops you get what you pay for. Here, you get more than you pay for because Aaron and his crew do good work for a good price. Even though Aaron is always busy, he and his crew are able to get the work done quickly. He also has a lifetime (his life lol) warranty on his work. I've been satisfied with their work and didn't notice any orange peel look on my car's black paint. Hopefully I won't need to see him anytime soon... no offense, Aaron! =p read more

This review is for the paint job from last year. My car had been having some paint chips on the hood, and over the years it just get worse with more and bigger spots. The spots without paint even began to rust. I tried to fix it myself by using a paint pen I bought from car dealer but didn't work. Luckily a friend who's been using their services for years recommended this place. The owner Bruce is super nice and actually suggested to me that I didn't have to "waste" the money to fix the paint chips since my car isn't new or fancy. But I decided to fix it. The estimated price was lower than a lot of the other shops. For the price they charged, the paint job was exceptionally amazing. It has been a year now and the paint is still holding up really well, there's no sign of chipping or anything. Highly recommended. read more

When my Mini Cooper was rear ended, after everything was settled, I thought of the drag it is to go through that, as we need our cars in LA, obviously. While cars are necessary transportation tools, my Mini is an extension of my personality and lifestyle, so I took care of the damage right away to have it run well and remain lovely-- Here's where TripleA, Network and Midway come in. To restore my Mini, my TripleA insurance adjuster Stacey Miller made the whole process so easy for me, starting by waving the deductible, which was more than a big help (not my fault accident) and we agreed on Network, a great body shop to match with great people in it. My car looks and feels like new --new bumper and essential alignment parts plus color matching. If you're in North Hollywood, look for Tina and Renee -- like family. From the BMW/Mini Cooper team, Jonathan is a gift to anyone who has been through the trauma of an accident -- great guy. Midway is great people with Veronica. While having a fender bender can be a pain, I'm thankful that I live in a world where people are simply put GOOD and helpful! Thanks so much, Stacey, Jonathan, Tina and Renee. read more

Got recommended to this place by a friend. Like most people, I had been extremely leery about finding a good price AND a reasonable quality for auto repair. I can honestly say this place did not disappoint. Quotes I got in Fullerton and Brea to replace my front bumper and fix massive cosmetic damage on the right side of my Lexus IS250 ranged as high as $5600! I was expecting something a lot more reasonable, and that is what I got here. They finished the job in less time than quoted. Best of all though, was that my car looked just as good as before my accident when I got it back! They even buffed out my rims, which was not included as part of the original quote! Makes me wonder why other places quoted me for several thousand more dollars for the same job??? I got referred to Howard Young when I went. He is a really nice guy and I enjoyed talking with him. read more

We have been using Auto Network for over 17 years and have consistently had a wonderful experience with them. Their attention to detail is exceptional. My recent experience was their repair of my 1972 Datsun 240Z after a distracted driving plowed into the front end. They not only repaired the damaged front end of the car, but went the extra mile to restore other areas that badly needed attention. The car is now in "better than new" condition (the original factory paint was never as good as the one done by Auto Network). They not only do excellent work, but they are pleasant and honest. I would not have my car repairs done anywhere else. read more

I've never had a good feeling about shops lurking in the middle of seedy areas, but alas I have found something great! This place does good work and in good time, a big plus in my book. Ask for Kou and you can tell him the "korean girl" sent you. He took good care of me and I'm sure he'll do the same for you. Don't trust other overpriced places for the same work that can be done here for a scam-free experience. read more

This body shop is seriously so AMAZING! The owner, Bruce, and his entire team was really helpful in getting my Chevy Cruze back into tip-top shape. Not only that, they ordered my parts and had the repairs done within 5 days (including the weekend). I was able to keep in constant communication with them and get regular updates on the status of my car. Because I rear-ended someone, I had to get a lot of parts installed. They changed out my radiator, AC condenser, fan, and a ton of other bits and pieces and replaced my cracked bumper with a brand new one. The repairs made my car look as good as new and it drives just as well as before. The day that I picked up my Chevy, they even washed it inside and out. They saved me a lot of trouble by dealing with the parts and my insurance company directly and helped me to save money on the deductible and labor as well. Honestly, I would 100% recommend this shop to ANYONE who needs a car repaired either internally or cosmetically. It is really hard to find a trustworthy and reliable auto body shop who will put your needs first, but I am so glad that I found one! Thank you to Bruce and his amazing team of mechanics! read more

I had a great experience here. A gentleman named Bruce helped me. The car came back brand new! Thanks Bruce & thanks Auto Network Body Shop! I know this review sounds a bit cheesy but I don't know what else to write. Bruce was helpful and accommodating. I was able to even call his cell phone (maybe I shouldn't have) to get status on the car. I'm super happy with the customer service. The shop itself may not be a clean and sparkly new looking shop but I think they are probably more reasonably priced than other fancier-looking shops. But in the end, I was just there to drop off and pick up my car. Thanks again, Bruce! read more

Horrible experience even before having my car worked on. My new car was in an accident. My lawyers office persuaded me to take my car here. Should have known since they were getting referral $. Dealt with Aaron who didnt seem to want to work on my car bc he said people like me want everything perfect so im better off taking it to the dealer. I asked a lot of questions but Aaron seemed too busy to want to help answer my questions. Towed my car to longo Toyota which was the best decision i made. read more

I've been coming to this body shop for the last few years, every time I'm here, Aaron has been very nice to me even he's always busy. He patiently explains to me on every detail and the exact action steps I need to take. Also, he provides very realistic estimates and advises me whether it is worth it to spend money to fix it. My experience has always been great. I saw a one star review from JD complaining Aaron didn't seem to want to work on the car because JD seems to be the people who wants everything perfect, and advise him to take the car to the dealer. Well, isn't it wrong? I actually appreciate Aaron has always this straightforward with me, and Aaron is this kind of person. I wouldn't consider this as a way to upset anyone. I recommend this body shop with no hesitation. read more

Honestly at first I had a good feeling about this place because they had a couple nice cars parked outside. The guy seemed pretty nice but he was kind of rushed and didn't let me finish describing the damages to my car. After finally getting my car back, he SAID that he fixed the headlights front right fender, side fender, hood, and replaced the battery. It looked good on the outside, I hadn't seen my car for a month so as excited as i was, I drove it off the lot. Foolishly I didn't take the time to properly inspect the car. After arriving home, I opened the hood and noticed i couldn't keep the hood open. They replaced the hood without putting back the device that keeps it open, not only that but they did not replace the battery like he said he had. When i tried to close the hood i had to sit on top of it in order for it to fully close. Sure the car looked good on the outside but there were so many things done wrong. I DO NOT recommend the services from this place, it seems to me like if your not driving an expensive BMW or Mercedes they will LAG and do a Half ass job just to take your money get it done with. thank you auto network, for nothing. read more

Based on reviews from Yelp I checked this place out a few years ago and it has become my auto body shop of choice. The difference between this shop and others is the owner, Bruce. The end product is always excellent but how one gets there is Bruce's expertise. If you need non-insurance work or insurance work, Bruce will work the best angle to get the most bang for your buck. The results is that your car will look good as new for a price that is much less than the competition. Another helpful fact is that the shop is open 1/2 day on Saturday which is a huge plus for those who are too busy on the weekdays. read more

Fortunately (or unfortunately), my wife and I have become rather great repeat customers of this shop. But we love their workmanship and work ethic. They always deliver as promised and make it easy on the wallet. The shop is a bit hidden away in San Gabriel, so be sure to map it out carefully. And it may not be the prettiest location or storefront, but what they save in overhead they definitely pass it on to the customers. They work with just about every insurance company out there, and they fight for you too (in case you have stingy insurance adjusters). The guy we always work with is Howard. He's a great guy, very nice and calm, and always delivers on his promises. He'll give it to you straight too, for those of you who don't like the wish-wash sales tactics of the other body shops. You won't regret taking your car there. read more

Top notch to the 10th degree!!! I took both my cars here for custom body work and the result was awesome! I agree with one of the reviews that DO NOT go to this place unless you're driving an expensive car because they will ignore you completely and give you an attitude.
