Super bad experience…read more I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Bowen's Collision. From the start, the customer service was subpar. It felt like they weren't interested in listening to my concerns or offering any real assistance. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which set a bad tone for the entire process. The quality of the repair work was shockingly poor. The car was returned with visible flaws, like misaligned panels and a paint job that didn't match the rest of the vehicle. It seemed rushed and sloppy, as if no care was put into ensuring a proper fix. When I raised these issues, they were dismissive, giving excuses instead of taking responsibility. Moreover, the timeline for repairs was much longer than promised, and the lack of communication made it worse. I was left in the dark for days, having to constantly chase updates. They didn't seem to prioritize my vehicle or my time. First let me say as a US Army retiree I am thrilled this service is available on post for our…read moreService members and retirees. I am retired Army and in town on a vacation. I scheduled a tire balancing and rotation. When I arrived I was the only customer present and there were 4 techs and the manager present. I watched them raise my truck and remove the drivers side tires. They immediately just swapped them without balancing. I informed the manager who addressed the issue and it was corrected. (I wont mention most folks would crisscross four wheel dive vehicles when rotating) While waiting I agreed to a cleaning of the fuel system. The manager then came to me and told me the tires were dirty on the rims and that once that dirt came out the balancing would have to be redone. I asked him why they were not cleaning inside the rimes and he said we don't do that. I told him it is a complete waste of time and money to balance the tires with the dirt on the rim. I had never heard of that being done and back in Iowa that would never happen. He apologized for the issues, I cancelled my fuel work as I would not be able to trust their future work. The manager was apologetic and made it all "right" when the bill came, which was nice. I have to admit although this branch is on post I won't be returning to any Firestone Auto Care facility anytime soon.
