    I always receive fast and efficient service when I visit Mazda to have my vehicle maintenance! They see my vehicle right away, and I come in at my appointment time. The lobby is nice and clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. They have coffee, water and tea available. The owner personally came up to me and made sure I was having a great visit which speaks volumes. This is why I choose Mazda of Columbia!

    I bought a vehicle, loved the staff have not been into the service department yet. New cars cost more and you're going to pay the price.

Yea, I had to wait awhile because I didn't have an appointment but this is one of the problems we face here in America ( A LACK OF LOVE & PATIENCE). Well, I asked the tech to look in glove box, and he came back and said he couldn't find it. I said don't worry about it, it's my fault. Moving forward 2 days, I got a call from customer service, and that's as when I decided to go to car, and double check, I was correct, I did not have any locks on my wheels. Then I got slightly angry, I called and left several messages for customer service, and the service department. And nobody got back to me. I then when to shop on the only day I was able to, a Saturday, after I tried several times, and no return calls again that same day. The manager of service department was then told when I was there, that I had aftermarket rims on my vehicle, and that was why they didn't rotate them. I brought him outside, and shows him me fully stock vehicle. And he said I don't have an answer for you, and the shop is fully booked for the day. I said I am sorry, but that is unacceptable, and the fact nobody got back to me, is also unacceptable. I then agent to the main building, and also left my number again, and this in now 2 weeks later, and no return call. Very unacceptable. You have now lost me as a new potential customer. Over this. Would like someone to reach out to me, if you choose to, obviously my many calls didn't get any response.

The following evening after purchasing this vehicle, starting to drive 1.5 hours home on the highway my brakes were grinding. Thinking this was dust I purchased a can of dust spray specifically for brakes from Walmart. Started to drive again and the grinding was even worse. Jim then went and looked at the brake. And there saw a BOLT MISSING from the CALIPER. I called at 11:15 in the evening on a Friday night to Jermaine Rawlinson on his cell phone and his voicemail was not even set up to receive messages. I was in an emergency situation that had to be addressed. I sent him multiple texts and an email. I was too afraid to drive the vehicle.the next day back to Enterprise which is 40 minutes from my house, so Jim did. Jermaine Rawlinson apologized to him, but still never picked up the phone, never sent a text, or never responded to an email apologizing to the one who purchased the vehicle. I felt like he made his commission and didn't care about me as a human being. (Enterprise uses NTB for their brake and tire service work.) Luckily, the head manager, Kyle Thomas made it right! Made an appointment in front of me to get the entire car checked out with all the paperwork handed to me. Also giving me a rental until the following day. He said he would get me my legal copy of the brake paperwork this week. I will in the future always check the work cell number before doing business of this nature with someone! That was very telling about a person....Even after the fact.

    Upcharge service near scam or actual scam tune of $360 at oil change/scheduled maintenance…read more Service advisor constantly "talks fast" (very fast), highlights a small charge and skims over or fails to mention a large charge. When you complain, you are shown a video of your conversation with the service manager that you can hardly hear with again talk that is fast and unclear. You are told the video ...cannot...be sent to you for more detailed examination. I remember agreeing to a $45 charge while looking at a page that showed $16. You'd think a service advisor would take some time to clearly explain the need for a $360 service item. Examining the maintenance schedule their is...nothing...anywhere remotely related to the "fuel cleaner" for which the charge was made. Of course, with a video one can hardly hear, and a service manager "talking fast" in "urban slang" tones and accents I can't say ...fairly...what the video actually shows. All I can say is it makes no sense that I would have let the request to pre-authorize a $360 upcharge at an oil change/scheduled maintenance go unnoticed. I remember very clearly during each of our conversations...struggling...to understand the service advisor. I really wonder now if all of that "fast talk" wasn't cultivated to further failed understanding. The service manager had the nerve to tell me, "Don't threaten me" when I "threatened" to buy a Rubicon at a different dealership.

He was told multiple times prior to the tag expiring that it was being overnighted yet the paperwork was never completed and sent to the DMV. He's had the car for two months and has had to drive a rental for the last two weeks because they can't get the paperwork right. We've talked to multiple managers and everyone has to get with someone else. I would never recommend this place especially for military personnel who are registering their vehicles in their home state. He did have a great sales experience but it amounts to nothing when you can't drive the car you've been sold.

I was initially impressed that the vehicle that I was interested in, was brought to my house from another location, the conversation that was had, with the salesperson shifted a few days later with my scheduled appointment. They claimed they were in this career choice to be an Advocate for the customer, that they could get deals that the customer couldn't ordinarily get & liked to Inform the customer of things that the dealership didn't want them to know. None of that transpired. I was low balled for my trade In. The Internet price was different from the in store quoted price unless you financed with them, "False Advertisement". Papers were signed on 3/17/26, I received the Vehicle on 3/26/26 due to a crack in the windshield. I thought I would wait until they fixed the crack in the windshield, before payment was rendered, But there was Urgency in getting my money, but NO Urgency in getting the windshield fixed, I guess that one was on me. They could have gotten Century Glass or Safelite etc. to come & fix it within a couple of days. There were No updates on the status of my vehicle until, the loaner that I had, they wanted to come & get it, I was informed it was sold. Otherwise, the salesperson was MIA. That was one of several things that had transpired that exacerbated my aggravation/irritability with this dealership. Since I wasn't in possession of the vehicle, I wanted my money refunded to me, they claimed, I couldn't get it back. When I finally received the call that my vehicle was ready, upon arrival, the car was not detailed, it was dirty inside & out. It had specs of something on the inside of the driver's door that wasn't there previously. It was missing a mat, I did not get a brief tutorial of the features of the car, I had to figure it out the best way I could. The amount of money that was spent on that vehicle, I should Not have received it in that condition, that was Very unprofessional. At that point, I was over it. I hate I did business with this dealership. I did let the salesperson & one of the Managers know how unhappy I was with the experience. I also sent a letter to Corporate. Best Regards

    Went to AutoNation Hyundai to get a recall fixed. I haven't been to this AutoNation since they…read morerenovated. Before the renovation I would have gave it only one star it was horrible. Now since the renovation has been done there seems to be new people that work for the service department the place looks very modern and clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful . The waiting area is also nice they have snacks and even soft drinks that you can have for free of charge while you get your car to be serviced I decided to wait for my vehicle the staff let me know when my vehicle was ready they also mentioned a few things that they said that I may need to get corrected in the future for an example spark plugs but the staff apparently did not know that I work on my own vehicles I just put Platinum spark plugs in a year ago which they were perfectly fine they also showed me a photo. Which I explained to them that I do the work on my vehicle they did not say anything else after that. Besides that little hiccup for the service department I would definitely say they came a long way since a few years ago hopefully it stays that way.
