Paid to have a rear axel seal (twice) put in my jeep. Went to another business to have some…read moremaintenance done on the tj. They said said the previously mentioned seal was leaking. The new shop investigated and found that Commercial Tire gouged my axel shaft with an angle grinder (when they were cutting off what the needed to cut off to replace the seal). Bad enough that they damaged my property and didn't say anything, but rather filled the gouge with silicone ( are you shitting me?) put it back together and sent me on my way, to have issues later. The oddasicity is mind boggling as well as insulting. To their credit they did pay for the new axel shaft, and I did get an apology. Regardless, I will never use this business again.

Just bad experience. First time they cracked my wheel lock key, no biggie it still worked. Then I…read moreneeded a rotate and balance, told them just to take it easy on the wheel lock key. They called and said that the key was broken and but could still get the lug nuts off just not back on. Okay fine asked for a whole new set of lug nuts with a key, shouldn't be too much right. 220 dollars or so for a set... so I found my own set at discount tire for 80 bucks. Dropped them off at Les Schwab to replace all the lug nuts with a new key after hearing they can remove my old ones just not put them on. Then I received a text saying my vehicle was ready, I got there and they didn't do any work and the wheel lock key was in the same condition from when I brought it there. Never going there again. Ultimately tire choice auto services took my vehicle in no problems, used my old wheel lock key which worked just fine. Got me taken care of in a timely manner and with super polite service from Caleb.

I went there on 22 Aug 2025 knowing I needed four new tires. I did not make an appointment as I did…read morenot see in their add where one was needed.(That was a plus) Once I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman named Matthew. He was very young, but very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I asked him to please look at my tires and let me know how many tires he believed I needed replacing. I watched through the window and I could see he spent time looking at each tire before walking back in. He notified me that I needed all four tires replaced. He went over a couple types of tires, knowing I only needed them for local driving. He took down my information and I received a text notifying me of the status of the estimated time of repair. I expected it to be a 40 minute wait time. 15 minutes later Matthew came over and let me know that my car was finished. A half an hour prior to when I thought it would be finished. I received a military discount, and was asked if I had a AAA card for another discount. I felt as if Matthew was insuring I was getting the best deal possible. He also went over everything as far as when I could come in for a free tire rotation, air, blowouts. He definitely made me feel I came to the right place for service. Thank you Matthew for everything. I appreciate all your help and support yesterday. He made me wait in line without an explanation for almost 10 minutes while he was calling his vendors for lead times on something. Just hearing him speak to the vendors you can tell he either had no experience or just wasn't trained properly. He could have spent 3 seconds seeing what I needed instead of making multiple phone calls. They weren't busy, there were only 2 other people in there.
