After the tires were installed, my Jeep had a vibration, it didn't have a vibration before this. I went right back to the store, and was offered a solution. They didn't have any more tires that size, so they put my 2 old tires back on and gave me a refund. When my card was run through the card reader, it said "transaction unsuccessful. " The card reader said it was refunded, but the refund never went through. I was told to give it a couple days, because sometimes refunds take longer, so I did. I went back about a week later, and told them there was still no refund. I was told come back again, because maybe the refund still needed more tome to go through. When I returned the second time, Grelis told me that I would have to check with my bank to see what the problem with my refund was. I called the bank, and the bank told me that there was no record of this refund, and that the problem must be with Bent Rim Repair's bank. Now, I believe that the card reader simply had a problem sending the refund, because it said "transaction unsuccessful." And this was told to Grelis Ruiz. She told me she'd like to keep my receipt from the refund, so she could use it to "look into the problem." She gave me a reprint of the receipt to use instead. We'll, I didn't look very close at the reprinted receipt before leaving the store, but I wish I did. This is the part where she was being dishonest. The reprinted receipt said I was given a cash refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CASH REFUND. My transaction was only with my debit card. I returned to the store another time, with bank statements to show I never received a refund to my account. The store manager got Grelis on the phone. Grelis said she remembered me at the store, and said she was almost 100% certain she gave me a cash refund. SHE LIED! Grelis then said she looked at the security tapes and it shows her giving me a cash refund. SHE IS LYING! I fully believe she gave me the reprinted receipt as a cash refund on purpose, and then proceeded to lie about what happened. This transaction started out as a digital problem with their card reader, but then turned into an outright lie! I believe she "remembered me" at the store, because she knows what she did was wrong. I know this store has a lot of positive reviews. But, I'm telling you, BEWARE! Now, I'll never see my refund. And, if you have a problem, you may never get your refund either!​

Moreover, they offer a mobile service where they can come to your house and replace or install new tires. This is an excellent option for those who may not have the time to visit the shop. Another service they offer is wiper blade replacement for $20 (depending on your vehicle - mine is a 2017 CRV). Overall, I had a great experience at the shop, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing tire maintenance. Update: Today was an off day it is taking quite a bit longer than usual.

We came back after exactly an hour and the car still hadn't been moved. We ended up having to wait another 35 minutes before we got the car back. They told me they would do an alignment check as well which was never done. I had a similar experience with this shop when I purchased the tires 6 months ago. I was happy with the price I got the tires for, but the service was slow. Last time, they took over 90 minutes longer than the promised time. I get it. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines. Hopefully they can improve the accuracy of their time estimates or better prioritize their customers to ensure better customer service.

They repaired both wheels and did a phenomenal job. They were also extremely quick. I was in and out in about an hour or so, which I really appreciated. I did notice a few nicks afterward that weren't there before, so I reached out and brought the car back the next day. They took care of it immediately and fixed everything at no additional cost.
