I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! The driving school was able to pick me up for lessons, set me up w/ the included 5-hour class over Zoom, and picked me up/lent me a car for the road test. It was also very easy to schedule lessons that worked within my availability. Jaret taught me a lot of useful tips for the test (esp parallel parking) that no doubt helped me pass. I literally went from being scared to go behind the wheel to now applying for moonlighting gigs. Jaret is a cool-headed, polite, and respectful instructor. Even when I made some dumb mistakes (of which I made plenty lol), he never yelled at me or got angry. This def helped to boost my confidence. I actually looked forward to lessons and now have that same positive feeling w/ driving in general (I'm sure it will wear off eventually lol).
