Bell is different - they are straight with what they offer, customer service and booking were excellent, and their policies are clear. Peter was my instructor and he was, in a word, outstanding. He was very encouraging, patient, and thorough with his teaching. Although I failed my first test due to my own negligence, Peter helped me work out my kinks and I passed on my 2nd try a week later. I would absolutely recommend him, as some others have here! I also want to specifically highlight how accommodating they were when it came to lesson pickups. I live in East Queens but Bell largely operate in Long Island. I thought that it would be a hurdle, but we agreed to meet in Bayside for my lessons.
