No big deal. Everything with the sale went great, we test drove it, it seemed like a great vehicle to haul Bella around In to her appointments and was big enough to accommodate all of her stuff. Perfect. Fast forward to April 3rd- a month and 9 days after I bought it. And the engine blew leaving me stranded with my infant for 2.5 hours on the side of the road. I have it towed to a mechanics who tells me it's the engine and it's going to be a very expensive fix. Mind you I've had it a month and 9 days. So I called A2Z, where I bought it from to see if there was something they could do, being I bought it 1 month and 9 days ago. I was told the owner is in Thailand but I'll hear back Saturday April 6th. So I give them a call back, still nothing from the owner. Then today we call and before I could finish my sentence of "hi this is Milinda I have the Pacifica" I was cut off with "the owner says you didn't get a warranty so he can't do anything about the car" mind you I wasn't offered a warranty. Which is what we told the man on the phone. His response? They don't even offer them. So they won't fix a faulty vehicle they sold me because it doesn't have a warranty yet they don't offer warranty's? how does that make sense? and because they "don't know how I drove it" it's two sliding doors short of a mini van- it's not like I took it racing. I was also denied a direct number to the owner because "he doesn't come here he just owns it" So now I have to wait another week, until next Monday when whoever the owner is to get back from his vacation to tell me wether he will work with me or not. So now- I am out a vehicle and $4,200. My parents have to shift their schedules so I can get to work and get Bella from point A to point B. Because I was sold a pile of over priced garbage that died a month after owning it. Bottom line- I will no longer be recommending A2Z in Minneapolis to anyone. And I will not be a return customer. Even if my vehicle gets fixed or replaced or refunded. To treat someone so poorly and refuse to work with them over a vehicle they knew was bad is just awful. Zero stars from me. ***EDIT*** I went to the mechanic to get an estimate on what it'll cost to fix the vehicle. I'm looking at a minimum of $3,500 to put a new engine In it. And that's a used engine. A new engine will cost me $5,500 to buy and put in. And I have yet to hear from the owner. So it still stands that they are refusing to fix the garbage they sold me. to say I'm disappointed is a HUGE understatement.

Monday we went to the lot in St.Paul and we were told the car was in great condition the tv in the vehicle would be great for our 10 children and John had just gotten a oil change and a CO2 sensor replaced which he kept saying was the full point inspection We took it on a test run and we thought everything was great we heard some rumbling while driving but didn't think to much of it. John asked my husband to fill out paperwork and we would have the car that day even dropped off to us we asked multtimes did he get an all point inspection done on it and he repeatedly said YES and followed up with the CO2 sensor was replaced and a oil change he even said while we were walking outrhe full point inspection proof was in the folder with the car fax in the car fax folder. That wasn't the truth it wasn't in the folder. Today Wednesday we go to bring the car to his recommended auto shop to get the full point inspection and before we left John asked if we were going to his recommended location(1 hr there and back) we told him no. We found a different auto shop. Once the full point inspection was done I as well as my husband was shocked and scared as well as disgusted. The shop the frame of the vehicle was so unsafe we honestly shouldn't even drive it back also the transmission was being held up by a wooden plank as well as multiple parts of the inside of vehicle under the hood had multiple Zip ties holding different parts together amongst many other big issues and at the end of the day it would cost about $30,000 to get this car fixed to deem it as up to par & the vehicle probably wouldn't last 6 months let alone a shorter time period. The shop did say please please get back to the car lot as soon as possible as this vehicle is very dangerous and we don't recommend you even driving it. We drove it back Of course John wasn't back but Ron I believe is his name called him and I spoke to John on the phone and I told him I was disgusted and so disturbed that he was going to allow not just myself and my husband but also our 10 kids get in this vehicle as well as he knew and was fully ready to take our $20,000 with no remorse and how could he when he has a child himself as well. He repeatedly said he just got an inspection (the co2 sensor and the oil change) and then when I told him I don't care about that he then changed his tune to I was lying and the shop I took the car too was lying and he wants proof so he can reach out well I hung up on him .Ron I believe is his name . He's sorry for any confusion and any inconvenience and they would never sale a bad car and this man named Nick looks over the cars and they bring all of there cars to Minneapolis for inspection and to please send proof cause they have no record of clue what I'm talking about I tried to send over the proof but my husband just wanted to get out of the vicinity of the car lot and the people so Ron gave me his card I told my husband lets go and ill send once we get in the car and also in the car ill be calling the attorney when Ron heard me say that he said " Ill pay you for your inconvenience and the money spent on the all point inspection ($110) and anything else we will make this right. I'll attach proof of the all point inspection. Did I mention we brought two of our kiddos with us both days our 1 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter. We unknowingly had our children in a vehicle that wasn't just unsafe for myself and husband but also our two children. Is $20,000 worth twelve lives? He wasted our time as well as his. Beware everyone please.!!!!!! Also no one has reached out to us no call email or text that alone shows they don't care. I'd like to add John asked if we were going to drive to his recommended shop for inspection because he clearly knew the car wouldn't make it a hr to the location and hr back to the dealership.

I had never really been to a self serve wash so I was a bit intimidated by the concept, reading all the different features it has to offer as soon as you pop your quarters into the machine. I wanted to try all the features. I started on "wheels" and the water let out a VERY small pressure. Didn't quite feel right. Out on nowhere someone came and said: Attendant: That s*** don't work! (I thought he meant the entire bay) Me: I just put in 16 quarters. Attendant: I don't give a f*** what you did. Me: Do you work here? Attendant: Yeah. Me: Okay, not sure why you're being so rude to me. I have never been in one of these before. I wasn't sure if he is that rude to everyone, but if I had read the reviews first, I would have known the answer. Then he went on to tell me if I put more quarters in i could get 2 more minutes out of the machine. Uh, I won't be giving you any more money sir. Thanks anywho. Then later he came back and said "I'm always f****n' rude!" And laughed about it. I laughed when I was thinking about what I was going to write in this Yelp review, but lucky for me, he wrote it for me

I pulled my car in and picked up the brush to get some of the dirt off my wheels before I did a full wash, rinse and wax. The attendant working ran in and started yelling at me. When I told him what I was doing, he yelled more and said this isn't a free car wash. I then pulled my tokens out of my pocket and said I have no intention of doing a free car wash, and he continue to yell at me. I did wash my car and gave the one remaining token I had to someone that was waiting. I will never ever go back to this location or any other of the locations. Do the same there's too many good car washes in the Twin Cities to give your money to rude and abusive car wash facilities.
