I came for an oil change and an inspection. My old car has plenty of issues, and the staff talked to me about the most important ones, what the causes are, and how to get each issue fixed. They had no problem answering my plethora of questions! With each oil change they also do a comprehensive inspection with photos and send it to you via email/text. At 10:30 AM, halfway through the service window, I get a call saying they can't make it. No prior notice, no effort to reschedule earlier, just a last-minute cancellation after I had already blocked off my morning. Trying to be reasonable, I rescheduled for April 13th at their Charlotte location from 2 PM to 6 PM. I show up, wait the entire four-hour window, and only then am told they don't even have the windshield glass for my car. Let that sink in, they scheduled me, had me sit there for hours, and didn't even have the necessary part. At this point, I've wasted four hours in a shop and essentially a day and a half dealing with their incompetence. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. There was zero effort to notify me ahead of time that the glass wasn't available. A simple call or text would have saved hours of my time, but clearly that level of basic professionalism is too much to expect here. This isn't just poor service, it's outright disregard for customers. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others take their business somewhere that actually respects your time.
