She tells him, "According to this, you mumbled something and hung up without making an appointment." Half the people ahead of us in line are told, "We don't have your parts, you'll have to make another appointment." She then tells me, "We don't have your parts and your account is on HOLD." "What does that mean?" She reads from her screen, "It says your voice faded and call ended." "Yeah, I was cut off, but I called right back." "Then," she asked, "who did you talk to?" As if that matters? As if that's some gotcha! She tells me that we'll have to make another appointment. No thanks, I tell her. I don't blame the desk lady; she's part of a broken system. I have to say, this place has bad feng shui, the worst. That front office is brutal. Usually, I'm not one to complain, really I'm not.
