I've been to this auto glass place twice. The first time was for my windshield on my jeep which had a crack I bought the windshield myself from a different company stronger one named gorilla and they did a great job. Then my side panel on the passenger side cracked and I didn't even know how it happened, but I called them and they had a reasonable job. They quoted 300 but the side panel glass came was beveled and didn't fit and he told me they'd have to order another one which was actually a Mopar panels window and it was $100 more and I didn't care because it also had a flag on my side panel glass and I had an extra one and they added it on it didn't go any higher it did. It was $450 just with the extra work and I will still happy and I will still go back to them anytime anything happens to my windshield for side panel windows read more

TRUELY AMAZING!! My husband took my Tesla there to get 2 chips in my windshield repaired and they did such amazing work you can't even tell where the chips were located prior to it being repaired. Now mind you, we took the car to another very well known repair shop prior to (they shall remain nameless.. s***lite) and they tried to up charge us by saying we needed to replace the windshield because it couldn't be repaired. The guys are all so nice and friendly , the waiting area is nice and AC cool , and not only did they fix our windshield but they took the time to wipe down the dash and clean up the gunky mess that my car door handle had from being melted by the heat . There are so many reasons to come down here I drove a hour to get serviced by A.G.P marissa and the guys took great care of me and my car. My car is my life and I don't let anyone work on my car but I was completely comfortable and relaxed with letting them disassemble and repair my baby. The repair took just under a hour and there work is impeccable I will and have been recommending them to everyone I've been coming in contact with. Like I said I drove a hour to there shop and will do it again if I need to. I called this company to fix the window in our 57 Chevy. They said we need a part, and we ordered that part. When the part arrived I called the glass company to make a appointment to install the part and glass. After a week of no return phone calls I called again. I was told the lady will call you tomorrow. She didn't call the next day. I called today to ask why I didn't receive a phone call and she said that I never called. I explained that I did call and what I was told. I asked how soon can you come out and she said next Tuesday. I asked why so long when I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now. Auto Glass Pros of Temecula, CA is the worst place to take your car for repairs because they do not stand behind or will not correct damage that may result from work they perform. They ruined the paint on the trunk of my car while replacing the rear glass and would not take responsibility for it. Once they receive their money they won't answer the phone. Word to the wise take photos of your car if you are brave enough to leave it at this shop. Better yet, find a shop you can trust because Auto Glass Pros should be avoided like the plague. read more

Was sent to Auto Glass Pros by insurance company. Set an appointment for a simple chip repair and then received several text messages asking for descriptions and pictures of the chip. She then asked if it was in direct line of vision. I already explained that it was in the top left hand corner if you are sitting in the drivers seat, so I told her I did not know what her definition of direct vision was. She replied, "If in line of vision of driver (direct) your looking at it and in your eye sight". Based on her definition I think, of course if you look at a chip anywhere on the windshield it is in your eye sight so I replied yes. She then calls the insurance company and informs them I need my whole windshield replaced without even looking at it. She calls back to inform me about needing my whole windshield replaced and I tell her that it's a small chip in the upper left hand corner and it's out of the way. She reply's back it's too late you already told me "yes" to it being in your direct line of sight and I informed your insurance company so we are replacing your windshield. Not sure why she was so rude and so persistent on handling it over text and the phone instead of just looking at in person when I had my appointment. Guessing she was overly pushy to replace the windshield to make money off the insurance company instead of just filling the chip. Poor customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend to friends and family or insurance companies. read more

Terrible Service. I had an appointment to have my windshield looked at on a Monday and the installer never showed up. I rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday and dropped the car off to get a call back saying they could not do the work because I needed a different piece of molding. I only wanted the back glass put on my car, the molding was purely ascetic and could be added after the glass was installed. Two appointments and two days off of work for nothing. read more
