I got lost driving out to his shop and he drove over to meet me and drove the car to his shop. (My daughter gave me a ride home.) The work was completed when he said it would be and the cost was quite reasonable. All in all, I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Marty's shop to anyone wanting exceptional quality at a reasonable price.

The cashier said that day was booked solid, but said to return next day, early morning to drop off car and get shuttle ride home. Return visit dropped off car and I asked about the ride. The cashier had the deer in the headlights look and asked "what ride?" Cashier called around and found out that yes, they did have a shuttle. Left my car and they would call when it was ready. At home they called back that my car ready to be picked up. I said there should be a shuttle picking me up. Got the "what ride?" response again. Then they asked me what's your address. They already had it on the order when I dropped off the car. They copied it direct from my ID, and now they can't find it? WTF? Cashier called around again and found a shuttle.

However, after leaving a voicemail at the number from the website, I got a text back indicating I'd get my $10 back and was surprised when I got a check back for the $10 plus $5 for a refund! Do I think the car wash at $1 a minute (5 minute minimum required) is a bit steep? Yes. The customer service however was fast and delivered as promised.
