When I brought this up to Mathew, he refused to take responsibility and wouldn't stand behind his work. Any professional shop knows that proper prep is the most basic step in refinishing a replacement bumper, so this was disappointing to hear. Now I'm left with a bumper that needs to be completely redone, at my expense, because of poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere if you want the job done correctly and backed by a shop that honors its work.

My technician Albert, was extremely helpful and kind as he guided me through the process. He made it very clear the estimated price, final price, my cost, insurance's cost, and the fixing process. The estimate he gave me for the body work was 5 working days, but they finished in 3, and I was able to get my car early. They also made sure I was set up with a rental, and guided me to the rental office. The office itself is very nice, they have complimentary snacks and coffee which I thought was very nice. Everything was smooth and quick and from start to finish, I was able to get my estimate appointment, car drop off, and pick up very quickly with as little time wasted as possible.
