I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I have since driven the truck 25,000 miles over the course of a year and it's great. The body repairs they did are by no means factory levels and the extra parts they put on are not OEM but I saved 20,000 off of what a dealership would've charged me. They were also very transparent on what they fixed on the vehicle. I had one problem on a missing part and they sent me the missing part swiftly. Overall just research the truck, check out what happened to it and buy a reliable vehicle.

My wife and I found and looked at the car we come to look at and decided to try a test drive. As we walked toward the front of their lot to speak with the guy moving cars, another man came out talking on phone, we stood about 15-20 feet away as we waited for someone to acknowledge we were there. Approximately 3 minutes later we start slowly walking toward our vehicle, got in and left without anyone even saying "hello" to us. I appreciate not trying to bother me or pressure me into buying something, but a "Welcome to our lot, let me know if you need anything," would have been awesome.

I was trying to help out my elderly cousin by arranging for them to come get her CR-V which has a…read moredead battery. The battery was replaced by Rusty Wallace less than 2 years ago. They told me they didn't tow in vehicles even though they have done it 2 times before. I would need to arrange to have the car towed in myself. I then offered to remove the battery and bring it in to them but they said it had to be in the vehicle for warranty coverage. No compassion what so ever. I could buy a new battery for what the tow is going to cost.
