I find him to be incredibly honest, trustworthy, and was able to answer all of my questions. I like to take my time when buying a car. I set up an appointment for a specific car on their lot. When I arrived Eddie allowed me to take my time by allowing me to test drive the car while he remained in the office. The vehicle was exactly as advertised but as a used car there were a couple cosmetic items I wanted taken care of as a part of the deal. Not only did he take care of my requests but there were a few things I didn't think to ask for that he had taken care of as a courtesy. The negotiation was comfortable and I feel Eddie represented me and the dealership well. After all the repairs were made, I picked up the car. A few days went by and there was an issue. I was concerned but Eddie was quick to ask me to bring it in. Eddie and the dealership calmed my concerns and made sure that the vehicle was working as it should. I feel that they truly believe that the car and this transaction represent who they are. I will work with Eddie the next time I purchase a vehicle as well as recommend him to my friends.

I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I have since driven the truck 25,000 miles over the course of a year and it's great. The body repairs they did are by no means factory levels and the extra parts they put on are not OEM but I saved 20,000 off of what a dealership would've charged me. They were also very transparent on what they fixed on the vehicle. I had one problem on a missing part and they sent me the missing part swiftly. Overall just research the truck, check out what happened to it and buy a reliable vehicle.

I arrived on lot to look at a car my wife found online, one male (I assume employee) was walking…read moreback and forth around on lot and moved a car or two. My wife and I found and looked at the car we come to look at and decided to try a test drive. As we walked toward the front of their lot to speak with the guy moving cars, another man came out talking on phone, we stood about 15-20 feet away as we waited for someone to acknowledge we were there. Approximately 3 minutes later we start slowly walking toward our vehicle, got in and left without anyone even saying "hello" to us. I appreciate not trying to bother me or pressure me into buying something, but a "Welcome to our lot, let me know if you need anything," would have been awesome.
