I had never been here before, and hadn't heard of anyone recommending this place, but other Yelp reviews were positive so I decided to give it them a chance. I'm always looking for a good garage to bring my cars to if need be. I had bought some new tires at Town Fair several months prior. After the tire install and alignment there the car was pulling badly. Town Fair attempted to re-align it 2 more times, and each time declared it to be good. It wasn't. So before I completely wore out the new set of tires I brought it here for an alignment. They did find the alignment was off (go figure!), plus they found that a suspension bolt was missing - something that had to have happened when Town Fair aligned it the last time. After replacing the bolt and adjusting the alignment they declared it good. It wasn't. It was much better, mind you, but still pulling. I brought it back down and they took the car back without complaint. After several hours they called to say my car was ready, but they wanted to show me a few things. When I got there they said that they were able to replicate my problem, and they did a number of things to try to correct it - check alignment again, rotate the tires, check centering setting on the on-board computer, inspect steering linkages and other suspension pieces, etc. All total I wouldn't be surprised if they spent a few hours on the car. In the end they said it was likely a sticking U-joint in the steering linkage and they recommended putting penetrating oil on it to see if it freed up on it's own. Now most garages would have charged me for the re-alignment since it technically didn't need to be re-aligned. They would also have charged for the diagnostic labor to narrow down the problem, and they would have also insisted on replacing the U-joint. Dynatune did none of this - the bill was exactly $0! They had every opportunity to charge me for things and in the end they recommended a first-level fix of a few squirts of oil that was free. It's honesty and fair treatment like this that I am looking for with a garage. They have definitely won me as a repeat customer. Due to my DIY skills I may not be the most frequent customer, but I'm sure to bring them the work when I need it the most.

Got the car dropped off at Monroe and called them to let them know and if they could do a quick oil change (she added way too much). When we got there they help push the car into the bay and went to work. They even stayed late and saw her muffler had a serious problem at the joining flange and worked on that for a while. Richard, the owner, prides himself on customer education, he doesn't play games and he fixed an issue we attempted to have fixed 2-3 times and $$$ with another mechanic. They are the lowest for NH state inspection around town as other places I called charged up to $60 bucks or are dishonest about their fee like Adams Auto Care when the lady told me it's $49.95 but I stated I saw online their advertisement for $29.95. She stated you must mention that to get that promotion rate which it didn't say that. Anyway, I wanted to share my fabulous and outstanding customer service phone skills as well in person skills Dan who portray exceptional professionalism. I waited for my car less than 1/2 wait time in their customer waiting lounge as they offer free wi-fi plus refreshments if you need them. Dan didn't rush on collecting my $14.95 NH state inspection right away until my car service was rendered and completed for the payment. I paid cash but I overheard Dan informing another patron if you pay with your credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee added on top of the invoice bill. Therefore, Dan fully communicated with his patrons which is what I really appreciate when going to get your car service. Kudos to Dan for professionally representing Extra Care Auto Repair.
