I had the best auto body fix experience of my life and I have been driving for 53 years. This firm is the best and they go above and beyond their promise! They were on time and they communicated wonderfully. My car came back and it was cleaner inside and out than when I took it to them and the problem from someone backing into me with a trailer hitch was fixed. The cost was competitive and very high quality work. They noted that some sensors had been knocked out of the back bumper (they repaired the front) and they found them and put them in. The dealership had quoted they would cost over $1500 to replace and there was no charge on my bill! They just fixed them! This kind of service just doesn't happen and it was so nice to have my car fixed and beyond my expectations. It is also good to add that everyone in this firm is nice and they treat people well. This is good to note as I am never comfortable getting my car fixed. They tossed in some had washes for free and I'll be using them and take the car in for hand washes a lot. I would like to be a better customer, but I don't have a lot of crunches to fix. They immediately towed my car, helped with rental information, and dealt with the insurance adjuster. They gave text updates about the progress throughout the repair process, too. I just had my truck serviced with an auto body repair due to an accident. I submitted my request for estimate online and the customer service rep service representative was great! Very quick responding and very understanding that I couldn't have time for an in person estimate. Once I dropped my truck off the truck was done 3 days later! I had emailed them just once on the progress of the truck, but they were very fast replying and responded within the hour! Very impressed on the work that they did and now my truck looking brand new! They also threw in an exterior and interior detailing after the body work. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need my truck serviced after my Ford warranties are up! read more

Very poor communication regarding the status of my repair. Estimated 1 week for the repair and when I called after 1 week, I was told 2 weeks. Called them after 2 weeks and now they say 3 weeks. Would not recommend them to anyone. read more

We received amazing service from the appraisal to the actual body repair at the Hudsonville location . It was immaculately clean ( free soda, popcorn and coffee) in the office. My wife recently had her 2017 Honda CRV detailed at Auto Body Xperts in Hudsonville. We chose them because we have had excellent experience with their auto body repair in the past. Well I am sad to say that our recent experience with their auto detailing work was quite sub-par. The exterior of the vehicle looked pretty good, for the most part, but the tires still looked dull and dirty (rims were nice though). The interior of the vehicle is where the problems began. Debris still in the cup holders, and all of the windows and instrumentation lenses were smeared and not clear at all. The windshield looked like they had wiped it with an oily rag, and instrument cluster was just horrible with streaks and a haze over everything! We got this detailing done right before we were to leave for a long road trip for vacation. Well once she brought the CRV home and I noticed how poor the interior looked, I decided to just clean the windows and dash instrumentation myself. In all fairness, the counter person at Auto Body Xperts did tell my wife to contact them if we were not satisfied and give them a chance to make it right. Unfortunately we just didn't have time to bring the car back on another day because we had to get on the road for our vacation. I still need to get my own car detailed this spring, and I was hoping that I could bring it to Auto Body Xperts since they are close to my home. After seeing the kind of work they charge $200 for, I am definitely taking my car elsewhere. :-( read more

Extremely unpleased with their detail job. Took my truck in to get detailed and when I got it back the floors were soaked under the floor mats, the floor mats look like they got barely dusted off, I had who knows what all over my baby mirror, dirt still on the interior of the doors, and a huge X scratch on my windshield that was not there previously. When I called to talk to the manager, she just apologized and would do nothing to help me out with the situation. Told me she found mold in my car which they failed to tell me and my husband when we picked it up and to just take the floor mats out and let the floor dry itself dry itself. I could have done a better job cleaning my truck out myself and two hours, then they did all day. read more
